I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes. I'm usually happy to wait 5-10 minutes but this is too much. The leg massage consisted of 4 strokes up and down each leg, with a scrub, no foot massage whatsoever. When I asked if there was a foot massage included, he said oh you want the organic something or another and rattled off a name. I wasn't offered anything when he started so I wasn't even aware there were different options! My nails were filed crooked and I had to ask him to fix them. I'm usually really easy but this is just not a thorough nail salon. Oh and after he started he informed me they only take Venmo or other forms of electronic cash payment. read more

Stopped in for the usual manicure and like most times I have a hard time picking my colours. Tammy, the technician that did my nails, was super sweet and she did an amazing job! My cuticles and skin around my nails were so bad due to the cold weather I was just in and she totally fixed all of that! I also loved that I didn't feel rushed to pick my colours and I also loved how she didn't rush to get me done to get to the next person! Prices are also very reasonable so you can't go wrong there. Waxing I recommend I didn't want to make the drive to San Jose and decided to get a plain simple set hoping nothing can go wrong and I was wrong the technician kept cutting me with her carbide bit she was also giving me the burning sensation with her sand bit and even to use the file it was just a hot painful mess I wanted a short tapered square nail I had to fix the shape myself i left with cuts and unhappy with the nails I don't think this was worth the pain. read more

I paid $70 not sure their pricing yet. thats the worst feeling I wish I clarified when I was there, still a fair deal, just wish I heard that clearly. The nails look great, gel looks clean, the lady cut my skin in a few places it hurts, hoping it will be fine I hope I don't get any ingrown nails from it growing back. They have always been so nice and welcoming! So sweet and kind! My family all come here for pedicures as they are the best in the bay in our opinion. I stuck my head in the door a few days ago asking how much for one hand for gel nails. Was quoted $15 I'm a classical guitarist so I really only needed 4 nails done. She did do a good job. But she did acrylic nails instead of gel. Said could not do a nail extension with gel. I found that hard to believe but I didn't have another option at the moment. I've had a nail done with gel, and it was hard and lasted a long time. Later when I asked the fee. She said $20! That left a bad taste. A bit of a shock. Especially with the earlier quote of $15 Seems greed is more important rather than service My last salon visit in another location before covid was $3 a nail = $12 If I feel cared for as a real person, and the attitude is being of service, then I'm generous with the tip, but in this case I just tipped $2. I'll probably go back because they are close. But the whole vibration doesn't feel the same. read more

I we go to get my nails done today with the best attitude because a friend recommend me this place. At first I showed a picture of the nails to the lady and we select the color. She was doing everything in a rush. The when she applied the tip she start making te shape of the nail I told her if she could make it more rounder as the picture that I showed her on the phone. Then she stopped and told me that she can't do my nails because she was feeling uncomfortable because I was judging her work. I was just looking at my phone to check that nails look like the picture that I show to her, that's the service that there's supposed to give me. Then I told her that why she was saying that, I was liking the shape so far. She start and took the acrylics off. She was indirectly kicking me out of the salon. I was trying to tell her that there was no problem with nails, it really pissed me off. She really make me feel bad and I start crying while she was taking the acrylic off. So since covid started I have been scared to go anywhere but it was time to get my nails done and my coworker recommended this place. My appointment was at 10 but she was running behind so I went and grabbed a drink at Starbucks (next door). Which I was excited about because I really needed some coffee. Once I was done she was ready for me. Tina was so friendly and talkative. She not only got to know me, but she talked me through the nail shapes which I always have a hard time deciding. She did an amazing job on my nails despite my nails being very hard to do (I have very short and small nails). Overall I came out with a great experience and a new friend! Thanks girly! The guy with the blonde hair did my nails today and he was so rude. He did not acknowledge me at all. I mean I was being very nice and he was just being so rude like he didn't wanna do my nails. I asked him to do a yellow and with an attitude he responded and said no no no that one is done it's no good. So I said ok that's fine can you do white? And he said something in his language and they all started laughing. The lady who did my toes was very sweet but the whole time the guy seemed very frustrated and seemed to be taking it out on me. By the time he was done I said thank you and he didn't even respond. I am NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I didn't even tip the lady who did my toes because I was so upset I wish I cussed him out and walked out before my blood started boiling. Too high in price and treated like crap is a 0 for me!!! Before coming here for a pedicure for my daughter, I checked the reviews and they weren't great but I thought oh well, how hard can it be to get a good pedicure for a teenager? She has a dance this week and wanted her toes to look good. My instincts were to go elsewhere, but this was nearby, and I didn't want to drive around. Big mistake. After the toes were painted, the nail technician put my daughters flip flops on her feet and completely ruined the polish on her big toe. Instead of re-doing it, she touched it up. AND she wiped the brush on her foot and left a splotch. I didn't notice any of this until after we were ready to walk out, and then I noticed one nail was lumpy and looked like crap. Well, now I know to go elsewhere next time. Such a shame since this was for a special occasion and now I have to redo the pedicure myself. Waste of money. Update ...a few weeks later someone, presumably from this salon, tried to bully me with a reply that implied I purposefully ruined the pedicure and it was not the shops fault. I find this unethical. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost. They are struggling on many levels and are not ready for customers. See the close up. This is how the pedicure looked when we stepped outside into the sunlight. Very poor quality....worse than a 6 year old kid could do. read more

My nails were cut unevenly and the nail color is not even leaving some slightly lighter than others. This pedi will get me through the week and then I'll return to my usual salon. I love coming here. Been coming here for years. They always do a good job, they recognize me whenever ever I come in. I've had everyone do my nails at least once and they come out amazing. The vibe is relaxing and they're super clean. They clean the instruments right in front of you. Which is a plus. They take walk ins, but also accept appointments.
