We did not let that impact our visit, we enjoyed some lovely craft beers that were awesome and shared a plate of tacos and a sandwich. Such a disappointment. Poor customer service, poor communication. We just left the restaurant. We waited for 20mins and we're told it would take 10mins and saw several sets of people getting seated before us. When we asked they said we were next but also said it would take another 10mins. I have been here twice during lunch. It's very busy at that time but both times they were understaffed, resulting in poor service. Not only was the service slow, they failed to bring our drinks, when they brought the iced tea there were no straws. The salad was served with no salad dressing. I ordered two sides of pear bread but they forgot that too. When we were finally served the bread, it was without butter!! By the time we got the butter, which was stale, the bread was cold. Each time I needed something I had to ask a server who was working another table because after the waitress took my order I never saw her again until it was time to smile with the bill. The absolute worst part is that when I complained to the manager she did nothing to make amends, then asked if she could take my payment!!! I will never go back. read more

I stopped in today for lunch and ordered the Fall Leaves salad with red onions and dried cranberries. Holy crap!! Try it!! Happy hour is served daily from 11am - 6pm. Do not skip the red sangrias and the peach Margaritas, by far some of the best. $6.50 a pop, regularly priced at 7.50 and 8.50. They feature a lunch combo (1/2 salad and 1/2 pasta, 1/2 salad and soup but you can't order a half sandwich and half salad). That's the only bummer for me, besides that. Unassuming place, but has very good energy when you go inside. There is also outdoor dining. This place is a gem!! We stopped in off the cuff to give it a go for lunch while running Saturday errands. We both had salads with a protein added and both were SO delicious!! I added falafel to mine and it was the best falafel I have ever tasted. My husband and I recently got take out from here. The food was very good. My husband had the tacos. He said they were really good. I got the Southwest Philly, which was excellent. The green chili cheese dip was very very tasty, though we found it odd that there were a couple of random pieces of bread in the bag with our tortilla chips. It says crostini in the description, but we would've preferred just the chips. Maybe the presentation of it in the restaurant makes more sense than just being thrown in a bag with chips. read more

Everything we selected was prepared well. For me the Pesto was really nice, not overly greasy like some pesto sauces can be. This was an accidental discovery, as we were shopping in the east valley and were looking for a healthy, vegetarian-friendly place to eat. Can I just say WOW!? The menu offered creative eats for both the carnivores and vegetarians in our party. The atmosphere was spot on. Our server was authentic friendly as well as attentive. Our food was OUT OF THIS WORLD fantastic! I think those were the best sweet potato fries I've ever had-and I've had a lot. My husband loves a good sour brew and was excited to see one on tap.
