This place was so good and so cute, too! First time here. Went (BF & I) around 1:30 on a Saturday and it was VERY busy for such a small establishment. The host was running his hiney off to get people situated. He apologized for our long wait.. which was all of 5 minutes... no problem there of course. And we appreciated the amazing courtesy of the host during these times. You could tell they aren't accepting any excuses for poor service despite the pandemic. Got seated and our server was super pleasant and attentive. Made simple recommendations for us. Menu said happy hour was 11-6 so we got ciders off their drink menu. There were lots of unique options but not too many. My date and I split curry tacos and a Cuban sandwich and both were really great. Our plates were good enough for photos (didn't get any) and tasted perfect! There's pears in the pico which was super unique. I was worried this was a run-of-the-mill American joint but it definitely was not. The menu had unexpected twists listed in each dish. We both typically go for Asian, Indian or Mexican food and we absolutely enjoyed this place! read more

This is a great place to eat or take-out. Smaller place with nice outside seating (when it's not hot) and always friendly and fast staff. We've dined inside about a dozen times in the last year or so but got take-out because of the pandemic last week. Sometimes take-out food gets soggy in the time it takes to get home, but not Perfect Pear. Everything was delicious and it was in-and-out easy. Everything is good but we highly recommend the Cauliflower Nachos! read more

This was a spot that a friend recommended while I visited Phoenix. I had the pear chicken tacos and they were AMAZING!!! The sauce and chicken paired very well with each other. The sweet potato fries were excellent too. I loved the atmosphere and I would definitely come back if I come to Phoenix again. read more

Dinner with my family - mother in law 79th birthday. The wait staff did not acknowledge her birthday even though in plain sight there was a beautifully wrapped gift and cupcakes for her. Had to request setups too. Food was meh - Pork sandwich had limited sauce, the butternut squash in salad was not roasted and some of the pieces were crunchy/not cooked thru and had zero seasoning. Crinkle sweet potato fries NOT worth the calories. Sadly I would have likely enjoyed the experience more if our waitress had a more attentive manner and btw the place was not busy. Food is pretty good! Got the chicken club with sweet potato fries. Both were very tasty and I love the cut on the fries. Server was very busy the entire time and treated us more like another table and didn't really provide anything special. Interesting decor inside but the bathroom was really dirty. Have heard lot about this place. Just wanted to try when i was searching for a place for dinner. I'm always open for Italian food, Me and my buddy ordered creamy mushroom marsala pasta with chicken and creamy butternut rigatoni with shrimp and salmon. My husband loved his Fall Leaves Salad. The service and all of the other food (and drinks) were very good. They serve the local Four Peaks beer including the Peach Ale. I had a raspberry mint mule that was really good as well. We started with a delicious roasted cauliflower with spinach dip off the happy hour menu. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Phoenix. Incredible dishes, so savory and delicious, and for such a reasonable price. The ambiance is also top notch with great music in the background adding a soft touch, not blaring or taking away from conversation. I went with a friend for lunch on Friday about 12:30pm, the place was mobbed, extremely noisy and service was slow. It was impossible to have a conversation. I ordered the SOUTHWEST PHILLY, with thinly sliced sirloin, sautéed mushrooms, served on toasted ciabatta roll, with caramelized onions & a green chili cheese sauce. This bread I would not call Ciabatta, it was just a soft roll that got soggy from the sauce. Totally a bummer, I barely finished a half and tossed the rest. My friend had an underwhelming salad - the BAJA LIME salad, that had dried corn, roasted red peppers, red onion, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, feta cheese & quinoa... tossed with their lime vinaigrette. The dressing was meager and the salad had little flavor. I don't intend on returning, there are too many good choices out there! read more

Really enjoyed this restaurant. I have the crispy fish and it was delicious! No worries at, it came out very very hot, and not like I've experienced at other restaurants. I love Perfect Pear on University in Tempe. However, stay clear of the Priest location. We asked for a high chair that never arrived, sat at our table for over 15 minutes without water or acknowledgement and when we decided to leave our waitress finally stopped by. We shared with her that we were leaving and her response was "Okay perfect!" Wow! I won't be back to this location. read more

I don't give many 5stars but this place is well deserving. I had the grilled cheese with Brie and bacon on pear bread. We also had a green chilli Mac and cheese. If you like Mac and cheese, do yourself a favor and get it....you will not be disappointed. Kudos to this restaurant, wished they had one in Gilbert. Will be back though. read more

Delicious food, great service, and friendly staff. I came here with my aunts and mom for a birthday lunch, and will definitely be back. Plenty of delicious and healthy options on the menu and a surprisingly extensive drink list. Even when a couple items came out wrong, the staff either caught it before bringing it to the table or fixed it right away and made up for it by bringing extra fries. They even offered a free cobbler for the birthday celebration. Definitely recommend! read more

First time here and what a fantastic experience!Customer service is on point at this location and their COVID-19 precautions are thoughtfully planned out Hunter and Asia are both extremely pleasant young ladies that obviously take great pride in their job. The 1/2 & 1/2 Mediterranean salad with curry soup was delicious and exactly what the doctor ordered. House made dressing made the salad POP! Even though there seems to be a busy to-go pick up following, the gals made the time to converse about the menu and the concept making it a 10/10 experience. My new favorite salad spot. Cocktail was not as described on menu, fries were burnt yet cold, wrap was dry, we did not receive silverware or napkins and had to get them ourselves, service was rushed when ordering and inattentive once drinks and food delivered. Service was great! Atmosphere feels a little like a chain cafe, but still pleasant. The best part is the food. We had a larger party so we got a pretty diverse spread. The group I was with was also all about sharing! In the end I tried 6 different entries and a few appetizers. The stand outs were the cauliflower appetizer, and the pear mule. In the end I didn't have a single thing there that I wouldn't mind ordering again. I have gone back once after the initial visit and it was the same thing... great food. Just left from having lunch. We understand the limitations due to covid, but if you can't provide Stevia because you can't find any. Or provide utensils or napkins without being asked, you shouldn't be open. We've eaten here so many times and brought out of town there here to eat, unfortunately this will be our last time. We wanted to support local, but we are spending our money and would expect napkins and utensils when seated. We both got sandwiches but mine was too big to eat, so I ate it open face, eating the chicken breast with my hands due to lack of utensils. I guess this is the sign of the times, if you're going to order a beverage that requires adding sugar or cream, bring your own straw, bring you own salt and pepper, utensils and napkins, might as well stay home, or order it to go.
