I love coming to Perfect Pinkie in Avon! This friendly, family owned and operated salon has brand new massage pedicure chairs and manicure tables. They are always very clean and sanitary and especially now during post-Covid era. Technician and guests wear masks, temperature taken upon arrival, guest goes to wash hands before services, cleaning of all service areas before and after each guest, etc. I felt very safe and comfortable. And the service is always welcoming and friendly since they know me and my mom very well! Definitely recommend calling to make an appointment! Lily is always so wonderful!! read more

I've been going to Perfect Pinkie for years. Kim and Lily are excellent!! I haven't been with any of the others. Since COVID you have to make an appointment. I've been to other mail spas and Perfect Pinkie is A+. I've never felt rushed and have messed up a nail while drying and they fixed it on the spot. read more

My first time to have my nails done ( A New Set ) Kim is awesome and I loved my nails! This morning I called to get a fill in and was told no openings for Kim today or tomorrow. I was not told that she did nails by appointment only and really need a fill. read more

Highly disappointing, discriminating experience at this salon. I have been going here for years, and they have never had a problem fitting me in for any service I have needed. Today I took my mother, who is in a wheelchair, for a pedicure. The moment they saw her they told me they had no openings that day. I glanced over at the two employees who weren't doing anything but playing on their phones. I glanced down at the appointment book with a multitude of openings that day. I looked up at the manager who just stared blankly at me, waiting for me to leave. He did not ask if we wanted to schedule an appointment for another day. I will never return, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that customers avoid this salon. We were VERY welcomed at the salon across the street, J&Q Nails. J&Q did a phenomenal job and treated my mother with extreme kindness and respect - the complete antithesis of our experience at Perfect Pinkie. read more

I get the best service here. I drive from Indianapolis to Avon. Indianapolis has nothing that even compares to this salon. This is better than most by far. Their pedicures are above and beyond. Their fills are amazing. Nothing more to ask for! read more

I have been coming to Kim for many years for both gel manicures and pedicures. I have brought my daughter, many of her friends and many of my family members over the years and all have had great experiences. Kim is the best manicurist in the Indy area by far. This is the worst customer service I have ever been too! I walked in and a gentleman asks what would you like today! I say full set he comes in looks at his empty scheduling book and says I don't have room to fit you in today. Really it's 12 and you close at 5!!! When I walked in he was just sitting there messing with nail polish! If you only take appointment only then post that! Don't say walk in welcome!!! read more

What a pleasant surprise. I had never been to this salon before. From check in to service everything was great. I was greeted immediately, assistance even offered with color choice. Everything was timely, the technicians are very fun, the atmosphere was enjoyable. Affordable as well. Will definitely go back. read more

I've gone to Kim for years. She's very good and a hard worker. However her sons make the visit not pleasant anymore. I had a standing appointment at the same time because I have other obligations. I arrived to be told I was an hour early. I showed them my appointment card and said this is my time slot. Upon checking the book my name had been erased and moved down. You could still read it. !! Frustrating. That is the only word I can use to describe my last visit. First off I want to say that they have always done a good job on my mani/pedi in the past. Two month ago I had called and made an appointment for myself and my mom on Mother's Day. I spoke with a man on the phone and informed him that I wanted two mani/pedi on May 8th. I KNOW I said I wanted both a mani and a pedi for us because my mom had a gift card that my fiancé got her on Christmas. The gift card was for both a mani & a pedi for $40. When we arrived at the salon we checked in. I informed the man working up front that we had an appointment for two mani and pedis. About 10 min after we arrived they started the pedicures on both of us. They did a good job. When the pedicure was done, the lady led me to the dryers not the manicure station/table. I then at the time informed her we were supposed to also have manicures. She looked at me funny ad said she will check the book for appointment. I told her I called two months ago and made an appointment for both. We also check in saying that we wanted both a mani and pedi. She said we were only on the "book" for a pedicure. I again informed her that I told the man on the phone I wanted both a mani and a pedi. She stated we did not have an appointment and could not do it. I was a little frustrated and upset at that time. When our nails were dry we headed up front to pay. They charged me $30 for a pedicure. I asked if they would just charge me the mani/pedi price since it was their mess up not mine. The young lady checking me out did not understand. She just kept saying it is was $30 since I only had the pedicure. She said if I would have done a manicure also it would have been cheaper. I understood that and that is what I had wanted and made an appointment for. The man on the phone only put pedi and that is not my fault. After trying to talk to her for 5 minutes I gave up. They also did the same thing for my moms gift card. If they were only able to do a pedicure they should have told us when we checked in. I think that the lack of communication played a large role in this issue. I will not be going back to this salon. The way they handled this issue just shows you how unprofessional they are there. read more

Went to this place for years. Always did a good job. Clean. Then a year ago Im told going to be a 'cash only' basis due to credit card machine too expensive per month. I chose to take a break from acrylic nails anyway and since I'm not into carrying cash, I sadly left only to find out later on from a friend that goes there, THEY STILL ACCEPT CC. This friend was never told that it was going to be a cash only....for customers....Why tell customers something that isn't true? I would recommend this place even tho I wont be returning. read more

Worst place ever! I had pink and whites put on and the next day they were lifting. I went back a week later and the guy yelled at me - told me to use gloves while handling cleaning supplies! I never touched any chemicals! Then he fixed them - sorta. I went back again a couple weeks later and had them filled in. THE NEXT DAY THEY WERE LIFTING AGAIN! I went back and asked them for my money back. They said no! Do not go here! Worse nail place EVER. read more
