She was easy to book online and answered my questions immediately when I sent it through and offered for me to come in 15 mins sooner since I was close. There was a regular client before me and 2 after me so she's definitely popular. I had a couple ingrowns after my Brazilian so she threaded them out. I told her that I'm allergic to black henna multiple times, specifically PPD, but she insisted that her henna is 100% natural and that there's different kinds of hennas and hers is just a naturally darker one. I confirmed multiple times because I said that I thought henna was orange and my hair is black and I didn't want to henna orange into my hair. She reassured me that it was completely safe and natural, and that there was no way anything would happen because there are no chemicals. 24 hours later my eyebrows are super red, itchy, and have started to blister. All signs of a chemical burn. I messaged her asking for the ingredients that was used so I can take it to the doctor, but suddenly she's in an accident or her car is on fire and she wants to talk to me on the phone. I tell her to call an employee instead to send me a photo of the product. Now she doesn't respond. I went to the salon again today to try to see what the heck she put on my face but suddenly the product is in the garbage that was taken out yesterday, and they don't have any more of this product to show me. They are lying about their products and take no responsibility for causing this, especially when I had specifically disclosed this particular allergy. NEVER GO HERE. I will be filing an official complaint with the state and small claims court. This is totally unacceptable.

I asked soooo many questions and was met with honest suggestions, you could tell they aren't money hungry and care about their clients. They started with threading where she asked me how I typically like the shape to look (I'm never asked that, so I was shocked). Then, she made them thinner so the lamination would look natural. I have a sparse tail, so she advised me to get them tinted as well, but I chickened out lol (I'll get it tinted next time) Eventually, I decided I also wanted a lash lift just to try it out. She (I wish I remember her name) took me to the back room and explained every step she was doing with my lashes. The room was relaxing enough to the point where I fell asleep. The lash lift took an hour, then she began laminating my brows . After the treatment, she gave me the do's and don'ts for maintenance. The address listed on the Groupon does NOT match the address using Google maps, so it's best to ask for exact directions. After leaving my information, no one called to check and see if I was on the way. I eventually showed up 2 hours late. The women were kind, and gentle, however, if it weren't for Groupon, I probably would've never walked into this place for a body wax. It just didn't *feel* and look clean. Be prepared to pay a mandatory $6 tax AFTER redeeming your Groupon, and that $6 will also be taxed making your total an extra $6.32 and top is optional. After my wax, I immediately started feeling a burning sensation and it may have to do with the baby oil these salons like to put all over your body which is definitely not recommended.
