Omar told me that all my teeth would fall out and were bad. When I came back to the United States the dentist here told Me otherwise. Omar just wants your month. Please go get a second opinion if you go here. All they want is your money. They stop treating you with respect once they realize you are not willing to spend the absurd amount they hit you with. Also the prices on their website are inaccurate. Once he has you in the chair he will raise the prices on you. Not a good place to go for dental care. Dr Omar is a scam k on Aug.2025 I took my Sister and law for a 4&1 treatment quoted of their web as 10K 7500 Down & 2500 final once he was already working on her I got told that it was going to be 12.500 all upfront for the 10,000 treatment with no reasonable explanation since he was already working I agre but the credit machine wasn't working so they were not able to get the money I told them that I need to hold some money to assure the completion of the treatment & was able to 3500 when we schedule for the permanent denture the temporal unit broke and the response on their side they another 3.500 additional to fix the temporary denture plus Balance whit add up to 7,000 total no costumer service and no guaranty for thee faulty unit please watch your self there are several reputable places around TJ please see some pictures of our experience read more

I'm just wrapping up my first visit. I'm getting several implants done (two quarters and an individual tooth). The staff has been SO helpful, despite my needing to reschedule a few times and getting lost this morning ;) everyone has been very kind and accommodating. They were professional as they did all prep work and everything is expected from a quality dental office. They explained the process thoroughly to me before, during and after. Facilities are very modern, clean. I had no wait for my appointment. Prices were very fair. The doctor was efficient, he completed bone grafts in one area, extractions and implants in other areas in a matter of less than two hours. The most painful part of the process was the numbing shots, I normally struggle with that not being enough but I did not feel any work today after the shots. I almost never write reviews about services I've received, but my experience at this place was so appalling that I feel compelled to let others know and warn about their practice. The place is run by a gang of crooks with none of them wearing badges and saying their names. Espinoza, the head of this operation, is a master of deception, using lies and manipulative tactics to overcharge patients. When you come to their office, you will find prices wildly inflated compared to those on the website. Although I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance, Espinoza did not even bother to come down to his office and see me. Instead, my appointment was conducted over Zoom (with him using a virtual background which is already a sign of less competency and trustworthiness), and I felt pressured to pay about twice as much as expected. He demands full payment upfront, pressuring you to wire transfer the money within 30 minutes, and that makes getting a refund impossible. The money lines the pockets of his brother through shady medical tourism schemes in San Diego. Do not pay them a dollar upfront. The moment they get your money they completely stop caring. Actually, they never bother to care, they smile at your face and lie. Dr. Martinez seems to be trying to do the right things, but he's clearly powerless against Espinoza's system. I went to see my local dentist here in the US and he confirmed he'd never witnessed such a low-quality work. Do not believe their 5-year warranty advertised on the site. I was persuaded by Espinoza to get service for All-on-4 arch but found out later that it did not even fit my gum, fillings popped out and crowns cracked within three weeks after I visited their office. No antibiotics, no discharge instructions given despite my visit to office day after oral surgery asking for them. Rude deceitful front desk staff who identify themselves as "dentists." No name badges worn by office personnel. No response from Dr Espinoza or anyone to phone calls and texts and photos as dangerous bone infection set in. Severe infection diagnosed by another dentist 3 days after oral surgery. Returned 10 days later and young female "dentist" wiped away oozing pus before photographing and denying infection. Two CT scans taken. 3 days later I require ER visit for second round of antibiotics. Third dentist reconfirmed by CT scan continued Bone infection acquired when abutment pierced sinus and third antibiotic needed. Bone removal, implant and abutment removal necessary to clear infection read more

One of the worst experiences of my life, I was told after the doctor had reviewed all of my implant information and dental records, that the total cost would be below $5000. After I got there, the price jump to $17,000 and it needed to be paid in advance whether or not the procedures worked. I authorize $5000 to Mike debit card and went to the dental chair. Within about two minutes I got an alert from my bank that there was a $5000 charge to my debit account, and I authorized it. Within another minute, I received a charge against my debit account for $997. This charge was not authorized and my debit card had been in a shielded case and not used since I left home. The charge was some obscure Tijuana business and the bank processed it without authorization. I asked immediately why there was a second charge to my debit, and they all denied that they had made it, and that it must've been done somewhere else, and that they didn't even use that type of credit card machine. I called my bank immediately and they said that both charges were done on the exact same machines so obviously someone in his office had fraudulently charged my debit card. fraudulently charged my debit card. He installed two very large implants after pulling two molars without telling me and removing an implant that was already in place. All of this was done without medication and I cannot describe to you how painful it was. The assistant and the dentist were both rude and insulting. I left unhappy to say the very least. They told me they need another $5000 to proceed when I come back down in four or five months. Immediately left and went to another dentist and had them do a complete set of x-rays panoramic so I would have evidence as to what had been performed. the dentist looked at the implants and said he has placed multi unit abutments, but he has also ground down the set screws so they cannot be removed. I asked him why he would possibly do that and the dentist told me it was so I would not be able to go to another dentist and have them easily remove them. he charged me $900 for each of the six apartments for a total of about 5000 more dollars and change. I asked the new dentist what they cost and he said I installed them for $100 each. Perfect Smile Dental is the biggest ripoff agency I've ever dealt with, I would never return to them if my life depended on it. read more

The prices in the U.S for the work I wanted to get done which was 9 Zirconium crowns, would have cost me around $16,000-$18,000 thousand dollars. It was a total of $8,000 and I am SO IN LOVE with my new perfect smile! Don't let the price fool you because their technology, equipment & techniques will exceed your expectations.
