Everyone has been really great to work with. May 2024 - I finally scheduled our annual maintenance. They sent James out. He was fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, polite and professional. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

I needed the airflow balanced in the system so all the rooms were the same temperature. After calling my current HVAC company and finding out they couldn't help me, I started looking. Turns out not many do this. Fortunately for me, Legacy One Heating does. After talking with Karl and having him look at the system, he came up with a plan to resolve this. I scheduled an appointment, and two very professional and caring men came out to fix the problem I was having. Collin and Brian are excellent! We talked about what they were going to do and how they would balance everything. They listened to my thoughts about labeling corresponding components, and went to work. After they made the changes to the ducts, they went around and balanced the airflow coming out of each one so that the airflow evenly covers the whole house. It's a tri-level, so that's three floors with ducting. Lots to consider when balancing the system. I have to say that I am thrilled with how well the system is now working! I no longer need to wear a sweatshirt when I go into my office to work. It's not cold anymore! In fact, there are no longer any cold spots in the house. Just even temperatures throughout. Needless to say, Legacy One is now my HVAC partner. They do everything around a furnace. They are interested in what I have to say, and they are true professionals. I mean, times are a changing. In my day folks were annoyed with flyers on windshields, remember those days? So quaint. Well to get attention these days you gotta leave a poop pipe at someone's home. It is innovative. For example, were they a company who sold manure, a free sample would clever. And I'm not opposed to poop pipes in general. Have you ever been to the Sewer Museum in Paris?
