So upon leaving the store we called to see if we could talk to a manager to report a complaint with the employee (not knowing he is the owner) he yelled at me on the phone, had a major attitude, was using foul language and then hung up on me. TWICE. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered dealing with in a customer service position, I could not believe someone acted that way. Then I found out he was the owner and I was even more appalled. Paul & Miles are fantastic. If you have the pleasure of working with them they will take care of you and help explain the problem in a calm and nice manner. I feel bad for giving this place a 2 Star just because of them, but something has to be said for the man that owns the company. He has employees who do great work but it's tainted because of his appalling customer service.
