OUT OF BUSINESS: The installation process was great. Any issues immediately after installation were taken care of promptly. It's now a few years out and the system has stopped working on all speakers outside + some issues have started cropping up with the in house speakers. Perfected is not responding to emails, calls or texts and whereas before you could leave a message or text, the line is now out of service. We are now starting from scratch to find another company to service our Savant. I believe this one is out of business. They should update their website to reflect that; it would lead to less frustration. read more

Installed and mounted a new tv in the living room. Above the fireplace so I didn't want to chance it by going with a handyman aka Husband, it was well worth the price. They aligned everything properly and it looks great! The office manager was super responsive and helpful. They provided an estimate which was very accurate to the end cost. Needed a new Cox cable re-run and concealed inside the walls from the garage to my office. Perfected Innovations did a perfect job and patched the drywall they removed to run the cable as good as my drywaller does. This cable run needed to go alongside some electrical wires. Christian suggested and used shielded CAT6 cable so there would be no electrical interference. Would I use this service again? In a heart beat.
