Decided to try this nail salon because it's just down the street from my glass blowing studio, and I'm so happy I did. The ladies were so fast and so professional. I haven't been to too many salons that didn't have all the manicurists speaking to each other and making the guests uncomfortable. It was such a breath of fresh air, I can't wait to go back to get a pedicure, I'm really happy with my gel manicure, they get noticed all the time! Thanks! read more

This place is great, and a quick stop-in for me since I live across the street. I may be a bit biased because of this fact, but I was impressed by their quality and speed of service. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment, and a guy there (who debunked any sexist myths floating in my head) did my manicure very nicely in about 20 minutes. They have a vast selection of colors, and I was happy with the way my nails turned out. It was only $12 for a manicure, and $15 for French tips. I would return to get them done again. read more

Got a mani pedi. Cheap, but not very clean, luxe or skillful. For example, the tech insisted on using an emery board and nail stick to remove my polish instead of waiting long enough to let the acetone remove it. Very damaging to the nails. I used to think this was a great place. In the past year I've found that an appointment doesn't matter. You will be treated as a walk in. Today I made an appointment for 3:30. Walked in all the technicians were clearly busy and not even close to being ready to do my pedicure. But there was a spa chair waiting fir me with cold water. I expressed that it was cold and got a little hit water added so that it was Luke warm. It's now 3:45 and no signs of anyone prepared to give me a pedicure. The place is only a five minute walk for me so I really really want to like it and frequent it. BUT the service has so deteriorated and the quality of the pedicure has as well. I think this is my last time here. The only thing to recommend it is that the pedicure is $25. If you walk a couple more blocks you can get a MUCH BETTER pedicure for $3 more at Myano. Just go there. More spas more and better manicurists and much better service. By the way it is now 3:50 and I just got a technician . I had them drain and replace the water in the spa so my feet are at least in warm water. The pedicure has finally started. The technicians aren't bad but the whole experience is a disappointment. read more

The place is very small!!! There are only 3 chairs, so better for solo folks. Also, I used the restroom which is located in the same space and the tool cleaning. It kinda grossed me out, but I needed a quick/cheap manicure and was desperate. They did a good job, but nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I walked in on a Thursday evening (2/2/17) around 5pm. I asked for an acrylic fill-in. A man doing a manicure asked to look at my nails and then said the woman who does acrylic was not in. He said she would be in Friday and Saturday. There was another technician in doing a pedicure. No other staff observed. The shop is really small so I doubt anyone else was there. I thought it was weird that he nor the other woman knew how to do acrylic, seems like a basic service of a nail salon. read more

This is not luxury and the gals that work here typically speak another language amongst each other. If that doesn't bother you then this place cannot be beat! Leg massage included in pedi - amazing, including hot stones. It's not glamorous, but my nails don't chip or peel early wth gel manicure. read more

Love this place! One of my top two nail salons in the Seattle area. This is an affordable, no frills, get your basic mani and pedi and out the door you go. It's probably best to call ahead and schedule an appointment since they do get busy during certain times of the day and weekend. If you're willing to wait, they will take you. The best part is that you get a hot stone massage on your calf and feet! It feels so heavenly! They are so gentle and delicate with how they handle your soft cuticles! The staff is always friendly and efficient. They have now added shellac which they didn't used to do so I'm coming here more often since it's only a few blocks from my place! read more

In town for a wedding and found this place on Yelp. Made a same day appointment and got a beautiful shellac manicure for $25. Took an Uber ride back to the hotel with no issue. Nails done and back in an hour with plenty of time until the wedding. Perfect!! Would definitely go again. Lots of regulars in there which is always a good sign. read more

I came in for a mani/pedi. Pedicure includes a hot rock treatment but no paraffin wax or pumice stone callous/dead skin removal. Water used to soak hands and feet was continuously cold (even though I asked for it to be warmed up). My pedicure is still intact, but my manicure started chipping practically the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place, you can definitely find better value and higher quality for the same price around Seattle. read more

I live in Arizona, but I'm here for a wedding. We came downtown to see Pike Place Market, and I needed to find an inexpensive nail salon close by. Perfection Nails is aptly named and the owner is really nice. The lady who did my nails was really nice and worked quickly. I will definitely go back there if I'm ever in need of pretty hands and/or feet :) The price was very reasonable too! read more

Came across this nail salon as I was roaming around downtown. $25 for a gel manicure with LED lighting. No extra charge for gel removal. I didn't have to wait long to be attended to. The technician did a pretty thorough and quick job. Would go again if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Can I provide zero stars? Looking for a nail salon I can call my second home was definitely not found at perfection. I came in with shellac mani and pedi from a previous nail salon and wanted To switch out my color. The gal who did my pedicure literally gouged out the nail polish and sliced my middle toe. Avoid at all costs! My manicure didn't even come Out nicely with double coat and feels like a speed bump at the tip of my nail. I was not compensated but still provided tip for the mediocre foot massage. read more

I've never been to a salon that starts mani & pedi's by filing, buffing, and cutting the cuticles BEFORE taking the polish off! Also, no exfoliation whatsoever on my feet. Just as cracked and dry as when I walked in. So basically, I got a polish change for $70! Ripoff. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I've now gone to this salon 3 times because it's close to my office, and have never walked out completely satisfied. Most notably, I've gotten two French tip shellac manicures, and they looked unprofessionally done both times. The second time, I had to coach the manicurist on how to shape the French tip. She did a straight across line on my nail and asked if it was okay. After several attempts, I knew that I wasn't going to be able to get a nice manicure so I sat it out, and ended up getting a new manicure elsewhere later that day. What a waste of money! I won't be going back - there are salons with the same prices that can do a much better job. read more

I got a set of gel nails done last week. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes for service even though I walked in without a reservation. The place is pretty small, but looks tidy and clean. She was very careful during the whole process and my nails felt very pampered. Results: Very natural looking gel nails, not thick and ridiculous looking like I've seen on some people. Visiting from out of town and was thrilled to find this place. Called to schedule a pedicure and the staff was right on time with the appointment. The place is small with three pedicure chairs, two manicure tables, and four waiting chairs. Plenty of current celebrity magazines are available and a muted TV was on in the corner of the shop. Nice selection of polish and variety of good brands like OPI and China Glazed. The service included scrub and hot stones. I forgot to bring sandals and luckily they provided flip flops for my walk back to the hotel. I feel the $25 pedicure price was very reasonable. This salon is ok for the price, but the person doing my pedicure cut my foot and my polish chipped after less than a day. They were also playing CNN on the tv, which I thought was a weird choice for a nail salon. I'd go here in a pinch, but if I had more time or wanted a better experience, I'd go someplace else. read more

I went last week for a mani. It was not my first time there, and previously it had been an ok place. This time it was terrible! I was attended fairly fast, but then the guy that was doing my mani was in a rush. He did not even took out my previous color fully, what was prety obvious as it was bright pink. Everything got worst when someone that had an appointment arrived, and he just wrapped my mani up as fast as he could, making a terrible job, especially with the color. They moved me to the waiting seats in seconds, and during the process because of the rush two of my nails were damaged. A girl came to "arrange" my damaged nails and also did a terrible work with the color, leaving lines an texture. I think this was the worst manicure I have ever had. read more

Got a no-chip/shellac manicure for the first time last week and after 3 days, 2 fingers had chipped. I went back to have them fixed and they charged me for the 2 nails. Then 2 days later, 3 more fingers had chipped. Shellac should last 2 weeks not a few days! I will not be back. read more

I tried gelid manicure twice here with different manicurist. The first one was a guy and it was badly done, he painted on my cuticle and the polish came off just within 1 week. The second was much better but she did not pay attention to the detail, the polish had not been applied evenly and it is always thicker at the tips. The price is cheap ($25) if you don't mind the quality. read more
