I'm a little surprised at the bad reviews here, I guess it depends who you're working with. Roman did a great job getting to me quickly on a Sunday and towing my car. He was friendly and helpful. The repair guys held onto my car for a week while I was away at my request, no problem. And the towing manager Kirk even found me a good buyer for a car I no longer need, when he could have just accepted my request to tow my car back out so I can find a buyer on my own. They all showed integrity and went out of their way to be helpful. Saved me headache, time, and money! I'd recommend them, especially if you break down in a restricted area like I-95. read more

Local police had my car towed by Perfection after a hit and run accident to the front end. The tow itself seemed fine until I went to get some things out of the car a few days later. The back maker badge had been intentionally taken off with a screwdriver, leaving a deep scratch. I checked my photos of the accident and the maker badge was on the car when it was put on the tow truck. It's bad enough that I've had to deal with all the insurance and police stuff from someone hitting me, but it's a real kick in the teeth that Perfection intentionally made the damage worse. Told state police dispatch that we ran out of gas- they said they'd send someone with gas. Perfection showed up- no gas; "we don't do that." $108 for less than 1/10 mile tow and they refused my AAA card because it was the expired one. Even AAA said they should have taken it an run it because it would have gone through as fine. read more

My car was towed here by the Town of Brookine, so I can't exactly say I had a choice in dealing with them. A couple things: - This lot is about a 20-30 minute drive from Brookline. That is extremely inconvenient. - Their actual price for a tow and overnight storage wasn't that unreasonable ($95 for the tow, $35/night for storage) - They stole my phone charger from the car... I've seen several other reviews on here saying that they took items from the car, so it seems this is business as usual for them. read more

Dear big muscle tiny head. Just because you workout does not mean you have a brain in that tiny weird head. I broke down and the driver could have cared less. All he cared about was making sure his shop got the money. I have AAA so I am covered for the tow but this guy would not accept it stating it would cost me $65 to tow it. I got on the phone with AAA and the service staff asked to speak with the driver. He told her to fuck off!!!! Wow. How could perfection come to pick me up and not take AAA without AAA calling them. After about 90 minutes tiny head out my car up and just started driving away. He drive my car to an empty lot and got out to smoke a cigarette still not telling me what was going on. I had AAA call the towing company direct and after about 30 minutes the driver took the car off the truck and just left without saying a word. When I got into my car my paycheck was missing from my glovebox along with my iPod and laptop. I filed a report with the framingham police. If a driver shows up who looks like he eat roids, has a tiny head and tats on his shoulders be very careful because he will steal from you and treat you like dirt. Price was OK for a tow and overnight storage. Guy at the front desk was pretty helpful until we got to the ridiculous car graveyard in the back. My car had been towed the day before, and there must have been 3 just mauled up cars put behind my car. Thanks guy. After moving them I had the pleasure of dealing with trying to back out and maneuver my SUV through the wasteland of strewn car husks. Mind you counter guy is sitting in the last car he pulled out at the opposite end, not assisting me in the backing up/not damaging the crap out of my car process. When I finally got it out he moved the giant truck that I guess he was using as a gate so I could get out. My car broke down early on a Sunday morning on the 90 just past I-95. Perfection towing picked me up in timely fashion and towed me to the location of my choosing. They charged me the correct mileage, took the shortest route, and acted very professionally. I was grateful for their help. Alex gave me a tow after my car broke down on the Mass Pike. Only took about 20 minutes for him to arrive and get my car on the truck. He dropped me and my car at my mechanics and was good conversation along the way. I'd use them again. The initial fee was $95 plus $3/mile. If you have AAA you can get a discount too. the Perfection Towing truck just turned out of the parking lot off of the mass pike toll booth in front of me, causing me to swerve around him. I honked the horn since it was a dangerous situation. He then follows me off the ramp, tailgating me a few times on three different streets follows me into my parking lot and goes on to swear at me. My car broke down on the Mass Pike on the way to a close friend's wedding in New Haven one Sunday in May. I called AAA in a panic, only have my stressed increased when they explained that a "state-contracted" tow company would have to be called because the Pike is considered private property. Fortunately the contracted towing company turned out to be Perfection towing. While in the tow truck, the driver heard me frantically making phone calls trying to find a car rental company that would be open on a Sunday, but they all closed by noon or 1pm, and it was already 12:15pm! As things were starting to seem more and more hopeless in terms of me making it to the wedding, I hear Steve, the driver, radio in, "Hey, are we real busy?-- No? ok, cuz this girl's got a wedding to get to. I'm gonna drive her to the car rental place." I couldn't believe my luck! Instead of driving straight to Watertown, Steve drove me in the tow truck, with my busted car trailing behind us, straight to rent a car, and I made it to the office 15 minutes before they closed, and made it to the wedding only 10 minutes late! I thought these guys were great, and professional. When I came back for my car, my AAA plus covered all of the towing expenses, and they didn't charge me for storage even though it took me 2-3 days to call back and ask them to take a look at it and do the work there. Hopefully I won't need their towing services anytime again soon, but I would even go out of my way to watertown to have these guys work on my car if needed. read more

The guy who works the towing service has a stick up his ass. My car got towed from the pike, and when i went to pick it up the invoice included many more miles than the actual distance he traveled. seeing that its 1.25 per mile. I was over charged. I couldn't believe how rude he was to me, when i went in there just trying to get my car so i could go to work. i will never suggest this company or any branch of perfection. These people are complete morons. My all wheel drive SUV was towed incorrectly with the 2 front wheels up and back 2 on the ground. I had never had a car towed before, so I didn't know this wasn't supposed to be done or I would have said something. My 2012 SUV is so unbelievably screwed up. I did call and the dispatcher admitted he couldn't believe they towed my car this way. Finally got in touch with the manager who asked me to bring it to my local dealer (I live in NY and was visiting for the weekend) and not say it was towed incorrectly because it was still under warranty. Then told me that if that didn't work, I'd need to bring my car to him (2.5 hours away) and he would bring it to someone he knows to get looked at. Needless to say, months later, my car constantly shifts hard, lurches, bucks and barely moves at slow speeds due to their negligence. Dealer wouldn't fix under warranty because they knew it was not a normal issue and that damage was done, so I looked like a liar to them. I would absolutely NOT recommend them. How could a TOWING COMPANY not know how to tow cars properly? Not once did anyone ask me if my car was all wheel drive, either. The tailgate clearly says "AWD." read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER bring your car there on the simple fact that they are terrible to their customers and clearly are taking advantage of people. The Penta family is well known and could care less about customer relations since they clearly get enough business that their employees can be rude and disrespectful. These people are scam artists. They needed to "find out" what the problem was and when I told them I was taking my car to my mechanic they decided to charge me an unauthorized $100, not before, stating it was in the original quote. Still being cheaper, I paid and waited for my tow truck. They also were extremely rude to the tow truck driver telling stating he was a tow truck driver and should know how to get the car out of their over-filled lot when it was boxed in by three cars. One of the mechanics noticed I was unhappy and decided to challenge me by yelling at me across the lot because I "didn't like them". Crazy! To top it off, when I got to my mechanic I was informed of a broken clip that was never mentioned to me in the diagnosis. It is clear that they were mad I was not going to pay the $550 dollars to get the work done there and made my mechanic's life harder. The clip was broken when they had to "find out" what was wrong with my car. I will now have to pay the same price to my mechanic (who quoted me $200 less) due to the part they broke.
