Well I was RAVING about this place for the past two weeks ! I was even so excited I decided to do their 3 day Juice Cleanse. Well here I am early Monday morning ready to pick up my juice and what to I come to find "Sorry, we do not have your juice." And of course they couldn't even tell me when it would be here. I woke up at 5 in order to accommodate picking my juice up and now I will be late for work because I need to sit in the cafe or approximately 12-50 minutes to wait for the fresh shipment to arrive. On top of it all their "cute" yet incompetent employee couldn't align with a customer to save her life and couldn't wait 1 minute before I walked into the door without making me want to turn around and never come back. Juice cleanse day 1 = fail. What a bummer. Hoping the cleanse is awesome and I don't regret the good $$$ I forked out to try the new place in town. I'll keep you all informed. read more

Perfectly pressed is ok. Often they are out of many of the juices and they aren't made fresh in front of you. The reusable bottle deposit is what really killed this place for me. Plus, their juice tastes watered down. I juice a lot at home and at perfectly pressed, it doesn't have the same robust flavor. I much prefer the health and diet center off of Main st for juice. It is made fresh in front of you, no bottle deposit, more choices in juice combos, tastes great and you get more for your money. I can get the same size juice plus a wheat grass shot for the same price as perfectly pressed! Go there instead!! read more

Seaside location I live right down the street and have been wanting to try this place. It's pretty cool how they have the chairs that face the open window...customer service was pretty careless I asked for recommendations and he quickly told me which ones the brad was pretty tasty although I thought they would make it fresh to order being 8.50 a bottle. He just grabbed it out of the fridge rung me up and said alright have a good day. I was going to sit and enjoy my drink maybe have a snack but I felt I was being rushed out. The inside looks awesome and can be just needs more food options better customer service and perhaps smoothies. If there were better vibes I would have totally come back but no thanks, I even asked what the place was all about and he just rushed through it and said we started in salinas we make juices and part of Monterey weekly... I don't know why I keep giving this place chances. Every time I go in they never have the juice I want because they're out. So then I change my juice and what do you Know they are out of that one too. I then try a third selection and boom out of stock again. I don't understand why they don't make their juices as they are ordered like other juice places do this way we know they are fresh and not pre bottled and sitting for how ever long. So then I drive across town again on a different day to try and buy a half gallon only to be told that I can place an order for a half gallon and the soonest I can get it is the next day. I repeat all orders for gallons need to be made a day in advance which is beyond crazy. I told her that I couldn't pick it up the next day but I can come back later in the day to pick it up in which I was told that isn't doable. Basically this is a store front to sell pre bottled juice that has been pre made who knows when and it's not a guarantee they will have what you're looking for by the time you arrive. Every juicery I've been to make it fresh right in front of you nor have I been told to come back the following day to pick up juice nor been told the juice ur looking for is sold out try a different selection only to be told that ur other options are also sold out. Don't get me wrong the juice is tasty but over priced and met with constant disappointment. Save urself time, gas, and money and go elsewhere for juice. read more

Super happy to be able to buy pressed juice in Salinas, the product is great! The customer service I got, was not. There was a very young lady working when I went in, and she was abrupt and not very helpful. After telling her it was my first time, she didn't explain the refundable bottle policy (I'm learning about it here), tell me anything about the juice, or ask if I had any questions. Perfectly Pressed is my favorite juice spot here in town! I've been to most of the locations because depending where I am it's conveniently around, which I love! I've been a customer now close to 2 years and i've always been happy with my purchases. I even bought a bag from the Monterey store to put my juices in so they won't break or get damaged. The closes to me is the newer store off of Constitution and it's very nice & clean, as all the stores are. I always ask to sample & the friendly staff always has something for me to try & ive been lucky enough sometimes they'll crack open the one I want to try even if it wasn't opened yet. I really can say I enjoy all the drinks. Some aren't as sweet as others depending how your taste buds are. If you're a first timer, I enjoyed the Mint Kick as mine. My go to's are Mint Kick, Green Dream, & Rad booster. Summer love is super awesome after my work out, if it's in season, you definitely should try it out too. This place is really awesome. I found out about this place from my brothers girlfriend who works there. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by both workers with a smile. Since it was our first time, we were given mini shots of every juice and explained its benefits and ingredients. All of them are really good and ended up buying two drinks, Green Dream and B-Rad. I recommend people to try this place out and be healthy. Being healthy should not be a fad, it should be a part of life. read more

I tried this place a few months ago and with my unhealthy eating habits, I really wasn't a fan of the juice. Since then I have cleaned up my diet and today I decided to give this place another try. So happy I did! I ordered a mint kick and the berry rad since they have a buy one get one half off. I also ordered a tomato, mozzarella, and basil baguette. I am so satisfied and I feel great heading off to class. The staff is friendly and knowledgable on the products they are selling. I went in today and although I won't recommend this place to anyone, I was craving a green juice so I stopped by. The owner who had obviously read my last review offered me a free juice for a 'good' review, which is called bribery last time I checked and so in response I expressed to her that I had written my last review HONESTLY. I voiced my opinion again, on how she handled the whole me not getting my $22 1/2 gallon of juice delivered on a Saturday or the following business day (which they failed to call me about to deliver, bcuz they're THAT disorganized) so the juice spoiled in their shop & like aforementioned, I was not offered any reimbursement or free juice compensation. It was 'my fault' for their lack of organization & communication. As a customer who used to frequent their spot a few times a week, bringing as many friends & out of towners that I possibly could have, I thought that the owner would have had a willingness to fix the issue or at least meet me 1/2 way. Negative, instead as I left her store she retorted, 'We love our customers who love us.' I guess my frequently patronizing her store wasn't the kind of 'love' she was referring to? And good luck to business owners who aren't about erring on the side of a customer when an issue such as the aforementioned arises. Too bad that the owner is too blinded by her profiteering focus, that she wasn't willing to offer me a 1/2 gallon juice for free, as problem would have been solved had she taken the high road. I still love their cabbage salads, but WON'T make it a point to buy my juice there, lest I have no other options. Nob Hill down the street, sells Evolution green juice down for $3 less. So much for supporting local biz owners who haven't quite yet wrapped their finger around the buzz words 'customer service.' read more
