I was disrespected by Brian who was rude and raised his voice at me when I asked for his bosses name and phone number. He said he would get his boss for me and then I asked for his bosses name and number again from the cashier which at that time Adrianne butted in and made a snippy comment to me and then mumbled under her breath the whole time walking away from me. John the GM spoke to me in Brian's office where he told me that he would fix the problem. Since I didn't have the time at that moment my husband brought the vehicle back the next day per John's request. They then refused to take care of the problem when he came back. John saying that I said things the day before that I didn't say why they wouldn't do it. They requested my husband to leave the premises and he said he wasn't leaving until the problem was resolved. They said they would call the police so my husband called the police. They had the police to give my husband a trespassing order even though he was there for an appointment.
