MY HAIR IS DAMAGED. my mother went to her hair appt for keratin treatment to straighten it out. they put product in her hair, sent her home with it and told her to wash it the next day. she washed it & it came out more frizzy than ever. she texted them with pictures of the after and they said they couldn't help her -- that it was a problem with the product. My mother paid more than $300. She even contacted the manager and they said they couldn't help her unless she paid a few hundreds to get it redone and hung up the phone in her face. this place is a scam. we never got a refund & we never got it fixed. $300+ for my mother's hair to be damaged. read more

I have seen Sue twice - once for a cut and the second for a cut and color. She seems like a nice person and I tried really hard to like the salon and my cut. Sue has an unusual way of cutting hair that I can't really explain. She works very quickly and perhaps doesn't spend enough time making sure things are evened up. While my color sat, she cut two other clients hair! I'm accustomed to one person being worked in but two is a little crazy. I've found that Sue doesn't listen well to her clients and doesn't always do what is asked of her. A simple two inches off turned into closer to four. My hair was so uneven, I've still been finding longer pieces two weeks after the cut! I won't even get into what she did with my bangs. If Sue would slow down, listen and blend/double check layers, she'd be a much better stylist. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I went to get a very light ombré with platinum blonde ends and came out with my hair darker than it was when I walked in. My stylist was Kelli Strong and the process took exactly 5 hours. The first picture is my hair before, 2nd is what I wanted, and 3rd Is what I got. I understood it would take more than one visit to get my hair that light but now the process to get it lighter is going to be so much harder and more damaging to my long hair read more

Horrible people that work there. Their not properly trained for services and still performing them. They overcharge such as they have a heat brush I looked up online and no where is it sold for over $70. And there charged a friend of mine $220 . One of the woman named Sue that works there claimed she could do the chi straightening they have available for$450 but when went to have it done found our half through it she had never done it before , I ended up having to read the directions to her step by step, then instead of charging $450 Like it says in the brochure she asked for cash and said it would be $600 cause it took her longer than expected, wow not my fault lol i just could not believe this place. Josh is the best! Spent the last 3 years looking for a replacement stylist after mine moved out of state with no luck. We were shopping at the Apple Store and saw an associate with a really great short layered cut and my husband suggested I ask where she gets her hair cut. I have long oriental hair and am in my mid 50's. The Apple person's hair is short, probably mid 20's and much finer texture. Proof that he can handle anything. Reasonable priced and really listens to your lifestyle needs. First time in and I have to say they are very pleasant in there. I had Jessi as my stylist after booking online the night before. She was easy to talk to and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to do it. She explained how the process would work and how long it would take and the price. She then went over to the hair color and started mixing them up. Since this was my first time ever having my hair colored she asked why such a bold choice of colors my reply. I've always wanted to color my hair a wild color since I was a kid but my parents would always say "do you know how many people would love to have you hair color or people pay a lot of money for your hair color" so now I figured since I can see some of what I like to call my hair tinsel shining through its time to get some fun colors. To show my fun side. And I must say Jessi hasn't let me down the colors look great and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be going back for touch ups and trims for now on. I would recommend them to anyone. And the price was way cheaper than I thought. My daughter had her hair colored somewhere else and it cost me a lot more. Thanks so much Jessi. read more
