They have men's and women's, seasonal and new fragrances all the time. The staff is skilled at testing. Everyone that works here is helpful and friendly. They also have great clearance but it's disposable clothing. It's a great place to get a $4 top for a night out you only want to wear once. I see a lot of parallels between these two stores: both are huge chains, found in malls across the country; both cater to the same, young demographic; both carry trendy wares, and super inexpensive prices; the merchandise in both, though fun and current, is usually poorly made and not really designed to last long; and, in both, stores are often in a semi-state of disarray and it's hard to find a salesperson to help you out,. If you know what to expect going in, you won't be disappointed. And, yes, there are lots of cool treasures to find here! T-shirts, flip-flops, belts, cell phone cases and chargers, maxi skirts, undies, hats, fun socks.... You name it, it's here. There's more stock here, as a result of its size, and it's collection is arguably better curated and more stylish than most, depending on your taste. It's the kind of place my wife and I would love to shop, if things were a bit more affordable, but YMMV. Still, Birches Habitat is definitely worth checking out for the style-conscious consumer, and absolutely the best boutique in North Bend! We're Hispanic and definitely got the vibe that one of the staff members was nervous we were going to steal something! The woman asked if my husband needed help 4x in the span of 20 minutes. He stepped outside to get reception and when he returned, she says "back again, I see". He met up with me towards the back wanting to leave and then she came up to ask if she could hold our items up at the front, I guess because she thought we were in cahoots. The whole thing is extra hilarious because we could easily afford to buy the entire store 4x over. My one regret is that my husband didn't share his experience beforehand so that I wouldn't have given them my money. Lesson learned.

There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. The sales racks are super cheap with promotional deals, like buy one, get one items. It's made getting gifts easy here. Last time I visited I was able to find some tanks for me, with The Breakfast Club gang. That's primarily why I like Hot Topic. I've been able to find apparel with classic films or bands that I'm a fan of for the cheap. It's worth a gander, especially if you're into pop culture. I'm not really cool or hip, so imagine if you are. You'll find a lot more items to like here. In addition to apparel, they have accessories, Funkos, stickers, key chains and other random items.
