The service is absolutely wonderful from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The staff is incredibly accommodating, very helpful and very nice and fast at what they do. The place is nice is comfortable. We were five people had a nice big table and that was that was really nice. Now the food it always leaves something to be desired. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. The salad was good. There was a lot of breading on the steak. It was crunchy but there really wasn't much steak. The gravy was like a bag of flour and the mashed potatoes would have been good if they didn't put the gravy on it. So service is great. Ambiance is good. Excellent food and service!! We split the country fried steak which comes with choice of pancakes or muffin, etc.. Asked for pancakes and side of bananas. Waitress asked if I wanted the banana inside or just on top. Asked for it inside and the cook put it inside and also topped my pancakes with bananas. So YUMMY and appreciated the extra effort as that was exactly how my grandma used to make it for me. I usually don't eat all of the pancakes but this was so delicious, I ate all of it. My BF ate the chicken fried steak by the time I was halfway through my pancakes. Obviously it was delicious!! Sorry didn't take pictures as we just dived into the food as it looked so good. At Perkins you definitely get great value for your money. They offer many different breakfast options and lunch and dinner options. They are known for their desserts which for me cherry pie is always the top 1. They also do you have an amazing chocolate pie that my kids love to devour. The staff is definitely top notch came and brought us. Everything we needed stayed on top of the table. Even the bus boy was saying hello to everyone asking if you needed anything so you were never out of anything that you didn't need. When we went, it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy our food. It doesn't seem like it gets too loud in there. It's probably just like usual restaurant volume. read more

The service and food and location is great! The staff personnel is great and professional as well.

Arrived around noon there was plenty of seats available. You have choices of counter, table or booth for seating. Small parking lot is shared with McDonalds but there is plenty by Hobby Lobby. Hostess is not the friendliest, she might have been having a bad day. Waitress was awesome. Very attractive and friendly. Food was disappointing, not much flavor and served lukewarm. I'll probably be back but not for awhile. Hopefully they hire a friendlier hostess. read more

I normally don't go to chain restaurants. I prefer independent mom and pop places but today did something different. On my last visit to Bullhead City my brother and I had breakfast at Perkins with our aunt. This was my first time eating at Perkins and I was impressed. Looking over the menu my brother and I decided on ordering the Magnificent Seven $7.99. This comes with 3 buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs & 2 strips of applewood smoked bacon. All of us had coffee. I was hungry but not starving and this breakfast dish took care of my hunger. Now it has been years since I have had pancakes and I liked that these were not as big as my plate. The 3 pancakes were on the medium size. Both my brother and I finished our dish. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and has a great taste. The bacon was great the our eggs over easy were great as well. The restaurant was very clean and our server was great. On my next visit I look forward to trying their lunch.
