In Wyoming with the hubby for his job this was our first official morning in Wyoming. We wanted something close to the hotel before he went to work and Perkins happened to be it. You walk in the door and boom your hit with cases full of pies and muffins. Sadly I did not get any but they have Pumpkin muffins as their special muffins at the moment. We were sat promptly and our waitress was awesome. The food we had was great and I always love it when I don't have to wait on coffee because a coffee pitcher is left at the table Great start to our day.

    Yummy!
    Real ..

By far the best food I had the entire time on my South Dakota, Nebraska and Wyoming road trip. I got the BBQ Tangler burgers, fries & pie combo (sub onion rings) and it was fan-frickin-tastic! They didn't have the caramel apple pie I ordered so they randomly poured caramel over a slice of regular apple pie and gave me a slice of wild berry pie for free! The server who brought my order out to my car was super nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that they didn't give me the requested cutlery. Staying at a hotel with a messy meal and not having silverware or a napkin was not the best. For that reason, they lose a star.

the clear part of the egg is supposed to be white that is how you get salmonella.

raw food not good and the toast was not good the butter tasted sour and it made me feel sick

    We waited forever

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. Was seated pretty quick. The first server took our drink orders and disappeared for a while, only to return 10 minutes later. We finally placed our order with a second server and I started a stop watch because it felt like an eternity to get anything. I ordered the French dip and 27minutes later the server brought our food. This is the cooks idea of what a French dip sandwich is. We spoke with the manager and offered to pay for the soda we had. Needless to say we won't be back for a while.

Third stop for breakfast on Sunday .... there was a 15-20 minute wait ... but we were checked in relatively quickly. Hand Sanitizer is available, all staff had mask on. Breakfast was good , ordered the Eggs Benedict , eggs were good , I would have preferred a thicker slice of ham rather than the thin ham lunch meat used , other than that it was tasty. Chicken Fried Steak was delicious. Price was reasonable, lots of fresh baked pies and desserts available!

It is not just a grab and go situation! Also, they could be clearer on prices for things displayed for sale on the shelves. Trying to flag down a server or ask them prices is a hassle for both the customer and the server. Just put a price tag on the corresponding shelf, at least! Their prices for the drinks are about the same as other chain coffee/tea places, maybe a tad bit more expensive (price vs. volume/size options). I am not sure about the food items as I did not have any. It is a wonderful little shop. Good for older couples, or people just wanting to spend time with each other without too many distractions. People who have time to kill and those who just want to chat, face to face. The drinks were pretty good. I had a blended iced caramel macchiato with whip cream. It was really nice. My daughter had a Blue Lotus energy drink with Blue Raspberry flavoring and she really enjoyed it (the menu above the counter doesn't tell you which items use the flavors list, so be sure to just check the flavors list, in case what you decide to get might sound like something you need flavorings for!) Fairly centrally located downtown so a lot of stores are just a jaunt away.

But clearly, without being anchored in the Hilton, this place would probably be out of business. I really liked the waitress/bartender, but it was clear how exacerbated she was with conditions. I looked at the menu first online and when I arrived, she apologized and said those were out of date. Fine. One diner and one at the bar, I sat at a table. The chair I sat in was really wobbly, so I switched to another as I didn't feel safe given my 6'3" frame. Not much better. So I moved over to the table with a bench. The bench didn't have any functional cushioning, but at least it was stable. When she delivered my beverage, I explained why I moved and she apologized as she knew and that they have been waiting for "their remodel." Later, I heard the waitress apologize to a couple because they didn't have any salt, but they did have pepper! They were taking the food back to their room, so she offered some ideas of where they could find salt. The chicken Cobb salad on Google had a real fried chicken breast, but what they are actually serving is a sliced giant chicken nugget product. They rest was great (salad not wilted or slimy, good toppings) and I liked the blue cheese dressing. So, 3 stars on the overall experience.
