I had terrible service with "tattoo removal ". It was expensive, and did not work, nothing happened and I had 2 , hour and a half painful procedures. What's worse, is that Shayla ignored my calls and messages. I requested a refund. Of course, no response from her. Once she was paid, she was done speaking to me. Now, I have to file a claim. I had permanent eyebrows done about 9 years ago WRONG. By that I mean the lady made one eyebrow higher than the other. So I have been adding to the top of one and to the bottom of the other. Over the years I have been to 3 other permanent makeup artists to fix it . They have all said they would fix it, and had various ways of doing it, but they only made it the same or worse.
