There are many pizza spots to choose from in the area but Mark's wins out for me every time. The pizza is fluffy without being too thick, they have perfectly toasted crust, and apply their toppings generously so each bite is even with flavor. The wings are decent, but not my favorite and can sometimes be less crispy than I like. Orders usually take about 20mins from this location. Other food items like pasta are very good and cheap. The employees are always friendly and quick once you arrive. There is no seating or bathrooms available. There is a parking lot in the back of the building (not very accessible). read more

Used to come here in the mid 70's when Tony started this place. Honestly the Pizza sucked then as it still does today. At best this is what is known as "stoner pizza". Pizza was overcooked and chewy, barely any cheese. I called to make them aware of this, manager stated, "it's the cup n char, that's the char, don't get cup n char next time." I told him half the pizza is olive and it's inedible due to the dryness and chewiness. I told him I don't want a refund or new pizza just do better next time. Terrible. read more

I've eaten at Mark's in other locations, and have always loved their giant slices of pizza. This time around we decided to try the Mark's in Brockport, and opted for subs. The good: We used the online ordering tool, and it was excellent. Easy, fast, and accurate. We paid in advance, which was also great. I got frequent e-mail updates about how the order was going when when it would be delivered. The delivery driver accidentally dropped one of the subs, apologized, and had a brand new one here in only about 5 minutes. So customer service was also stellar! The not so good: We had a cold turkey and a cold ham sub, and the meat was piled high. They were decent. Both had bacon, but it was just "crumbles", so that left us a little disappointed. Didn't really seem worth the up charge. I had a buffalo chicken wing sub, and the chicken pieces seemed smaller than what I'm used to seeing at other places. I also wasn't a fan of the sauce. All in all I would definitely try again in the future, maybe with a different order. Even though the food wasn't 5 star, the customer service definitely was.. and to me, that makes it worth another shot. Will update the review if our next experience changes anything! read more

My wife got a pan pizza and I the steak sub. She didn't share but she said delish! I ordered my sub with peppers onions and cheese with 3x mushrooms. It's one of the top three steak subs I've eaten. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO GET YOUR FOOD!! I ordered chicken fingers and fries, I normally get 5 chicken fingers and a decent amount of fries. I paid $30 plus a tip for the driver and they sent me 3 little tenders and French fries, and another box of Nashville fries that I didn't even order. When I called them to tell them they got my order messed up the manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund and wasn't helpful AT ALL! I will NEVER order from this place again, they don't use gloves when preparing food and they don't have an ounce of decency or take responsibility for THEIR mistakes!! Okay I don't care what most people say about this place. I'm from Texas and went in- the staff that were in that day were extremely nice. They sold me two slices of pie for $3- that's extremely helpful when you're on vacation! The pizza is good there. Not too saucy, not too cheesy. Trust me when I say, I'm from Texas and sometimes they overload that stuff on the pizza. My son who is two almost ate an entire slice. He would be the worst critic, if he doesn't like something he wouldn't have ate as much as he did. The slices are big too! One slice filled me up! Ate here recently on visit to Brockport. We needed to eat early (before noon) on a Sunday and wanted pizza. Counter help was super nice and friendly, pizza ready in 9 minutes and was excellent! The crust was just right between too thick or very thin. Jot too doughy or chewy and ingredient all had great taste. Only reason rating isn't a 5 is because it is take out and delivery only. We knew that when we went in in all fairness but I would have liked to have eaten there. Son and I ate in the car and survived! read more

I went to Marks in Brockport two days ago March 26th 2020. I ordered their chicken tenders and fries and after two hours of eating them, I threw up 5 times and had diarrhea 6 times. I had nothing else to eat prior to eating at Marks so I know that it was their food. I clearly suffered from food poisoning. I called them the next day regarding a refund and their manager said they would call me back the next day. They never called me back. Very unprofessional. Love Mark's Pizza but decided to try their subs last night....not only are they quite pricey but they are awful!!! My husband ordered Meatball and I ordered a Cheese Steak Sub...both large, came to about $24....THE WORST SUBS EVER.....stick to their pizza, its what they are best at making.....couldn't even finish mine, made me sick. Lol this is not an actual eating establishment right? I felt like I ordered from a bad sitcom based in a pizza from the 90s. Bad jokes included. I ordered my food as one does, ordered for delivery (you know being a lazy American) thinking nothing of it. An hour goes by, I call. The driver was in an accident. Hey things happen I'm glad he's okay. So they told me a new driver was coming and making my food fresh, including a discount I was given. 'Cool' I thought to myself. Now as a former driver for this franchise I know how the run down works. Another 45 min goes by a low and behold still no mediocre over priced food. (even with the discount) how can you justify a 20$ cheeseburger. McDonald's is a far superior product, and that's the grossest thing I've said all day. Anyway here's the kicker, My food finally arrives after it was "made fresh" and I was given 500 apologies. My food was ice cold, the potato chips were stale, and the soda was flatter than a pre teen who ran out of tissues. Overall my thoughts are simply this, "Uhmmmmm what." I was dumbfounded the entire time. Look guys I get your just a pizza place and none of you love your job and that's cool you don't have too. But my goodness it's not rocket science that when you screw around people get upset. Its as simple as thinking to yourself, ""do I want a ice cold 20$ cheeseburger and fries an hour and a half after I ordered it served with a side of 'Hi! The food has always been pretty good here and that's why I enjoy ordering from Mark's...but the delivery service is extremely slow. I used to deliver pizza in the area so I know how long it takes to get to all areas of the town and where I live is about a 10 minute drive from this location. Every time I have ordered it has taken at least an hour or more in some cases. A 45 minute wait would be acceptable but an hour or more is ridiculous. read more

I am a frequent customer at Mark's Pizzeria as I reside on the campus of SUNY Brockport. The pizza is always consistent with a nice thick crust, great cheesy texture, and tangy tomato sauce. Prices are reasonable being that you get huge slices of pizza. The workers are very friendly and delivery is never a problem. Food arrives in under 45 minutes and its always hot and ready to eat. I recommend the buffalo chicken slice. It is served with the perfect mount of kick to it and has a generous amount of chicken. Wings are tasty and they offer many different sauce options.
