Even after moving away, we would often make the trip back just to have them inspect our car because we knew they would give us honest advice. A while back, a chain oil change shop told us we needed new brake pads. We came here for a second opinion, and they explained that the rust we were seeing was normal and would wear off with regular local driving. They were right. A year later, another shop again tried to sell us brake pads during an oil change. We immediately brought the car here, and after a thorough inspection, they told us the brakes still had about 2,000 miles left. That level of honesty is rare. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they only suggest work that actually needs to be done. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is excellent, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, you can bring your car here with confidence. In an industry where it's hard to know who to trust, this shop has consistently proven that honesty still exists:)

Beware! This place is the absolute worst establishment I have ever worked with. I purchased an…read more$18,000 vehicle from them with an extended warranty, and after two engine replacements, and one transmission problem most of which cost me at least something I came back to trade them the car that they sold me for another significantly less valuable vehicle. When the manager insisted that I trade him the $18,000 vehicle And give him a check for $2000 for a Honda Accord they were selling for $4000 I clearly thought that was unacceptable. He then decided after we were dissatisfied to usher us out of the facility. Anyone who follows my reviews knows I am always super fair and forgiving. His actions not only were unforgivable, but one of the salesman got in my son's face and started to put his finger on my son's face as we were leaving. I have now made it my mission to ensure that no other others have the same experience that I have, especially given the number of dealerships that one can find a vehicle at. After the first vehicle purchase, I attempted to talk to the manager, and then the general manager, both of whom assured me if I brought the vehicle back, they would take care of me on a trade in. This was a reprehensible and appalling experience.

Within two weeks of purchasing, the check engine light came on. The code that came up was P0430:…read moreCatalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2). When I brought the vehicle in, I was told by Lawrence that he would "make it right" or "get me into a new vehicle." I was so happy to have this reassurance, and felt confident the problem would be resolved. I came to your business for a reliable car, and trusted those that assisted me. This replacement was completed by your service department on 12/20/2025. I was so thrilled and grateful, that I actually wrote a hand-written note sent via snail mail thanking the team that worked with me through the process. Now, I feel like an idiot for thinking they cared about anything other than money. Since then, the check engine light came on again. The code that came up was P0340: Cylinder 4 misfire Detected. When I brought it to my mechanic, he found the wiring to be less than optimal. Nearly negligible, considering your service department had this vehicle, looked this vehicle over, and then even did work on this vehicle. The wires that were next to nothing, hanging by a thread, should have been seen. The wire caps that were found were meant for electrical wires in a home, not in a vehicle. This should have been fixed prior to selling, regardless of the "condition" it was being sold as. The engine of this car could have exploded on my drive home. My mechanic fixed the wiring that was neglected by your service department with the proper wires and parts. The check engine light was cleared. It has now re-appeared, with the same code as the first time, P0430: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2). Less than 2 months after being replaced. While working on the car, my mechanic noted that the plate for the catalytic converter did not fit properly, giving him the inkling that it was an after-market catalytic converter that does not contain the proper amount of platinum to operate properly. I understand that this car was purchased "as-is," but there is a fine line between making things work to sell them and ignoring very detrimental issues.

After deciding to buy the car, Juan had me wait in a back office for Chris in finance to see me. I understand that is a game you play. Thats fine. What I was unprepared for was the transphobic comments about another customer that I overheard from your staff. It was rude to the other customer and offensive to me. And just plain mean spirited. At a Subaru dealership of all places. Honestly, I should have known then that I didn't want to do business with you. 2. Both Juan Rios and Chris Colino went on at some length, unprovoked, about how their mechanic went over my car thoroughly and what wonderful shape it was in. After buying the car, I immediately made an appointment for a full inspection at my local BMW service center. The steering rack was visibly and obviously cracked. The steering rack and rear camber link arm needed to be replaced at a cost of over $8000. In the video from the service center, it so obviously clear that something is broken that I have to wonder if Chris and Juan are liars or if the mechanic is blind. 3. When buying the car, Chris convinced me to get the service contract "in case something is wrong," assuring me that I can cancel with ease within 30 days for a full refund. When I called about the steering rack issue, he suggested that I lie and say it is a new problem to get the service contract to cover it. 4. When I tried to cancel the service contract, Chris was suddenly nowhere to be found. He didn't answer emails or phone calls or even a registered letter. On day 28, he finally sent me the paperwork in order to cancel. 5. I was refunded part of my money for the canceled service contract but not the full purchase price of the contract as promised. When I emailed Chris about it, he promised to look into it and I haven't heard from him since despite follow-up emails that include the dates of all correspondence to show that I did have the paperwork in within the 30 days. 6. Juan did not bother to put in the paperwork for my tags until after the temporary tags had expired, despite an email assuring me that Delaware DMV had my paperwork and we were waiting on them. I am thoroughly disgusted with every aspect of buying a car at Lynne's. Bigoted, dishonest, and a complete lack of integrity make it the worst car buying experience I've had in 40 years.

Great experience working with Seamus from Paul Miller Audi in Parsippany…read more I was having trouble finding a district green Q5 for months when I came across a TikTok of this dealership with the color I wanted. I DM'd them and they reached back out quickly saying they would have Seamus work with me since it was his video that got me in the door. I had previously went to closer Audi stores but they were rude or didn't want to be bothered because they'd have to order the car for me. Instead, they kept trying to push other cars on me or would ghost my calls/txts. This dealership was over an hour away from me but chose to go with them because of how Seamus treated me. From the beginning, Seamus was very communicative and receptive to the things I was requesting. I hadn't bought a car in 12years and had heard horror stories with the game playing.I told him off the bat I wanted everything handled over the phone and to just walk in day of, sign, and leave. He did exactly that. We had to order the color/model car which took 4 months from start to finish but was worth the wait. The whole time Seamus kept me in the loop, answered all of my millions of questions, dealt with my crazy, kept me updated, and answered me back quickly. Transparency was super important to me and everyone I dealt with was very transparent. They explained everything to me every step of the way, had all the paperwork ready and signed before I even got to the dealership and when I got there all I had to do was sign with finance and I was out the door. When I got to the dealership I was greeted right away. The showroom is big and bright. They have a nice coffee area and Seamus even offered us coffee and water. Working with Seamus was easy and working with finance was too. I was told about everything but nothing was pushed on me. If I said no to something, it was a no. No questions asked which I appreciated. I was in an out in under an hour. After, Seamus took the time to set up my car for me and show me as much as he could before he let me drive off the lot. I have since asked him questions and he continues to answer me promptly even though our sale is complete. I never felt like I was just a sale or that I was being taken advantage of which was important to me. Seamus made my buying experience seamless and stress free. Not to mention I love my new car! Thanks!
