They aren't a place that is going to try to sell you on something you don't need, and are honest and up front with you about the cost of the repair. A couple months ago I was having problems with my battery. They told me to stop buy and took a look at it for free (ended up being a small issue that I was able to fix myself). I also have been able to leave my car overnight for an oil change without any issues. My only gripe would be the waiting area could use an upgrade, but other than that I could not recommend Guy's enough.

(In this case it's been in the family) I've driven right by this place lot's of times. Never gave it a 2nd thought. Until.... my current car guy (norwich tire, their awesome!) didn't have the diagnostic equipment to figure out why my Chevy S-10 was ready to stall at every stop. I really trust Bob at Norwich Tire (NT been in the industry, same location for a couple generations) and asked him to recommend someone. With out any hesitation he suggested 2 different local companys. I thought I'd give Charlie & Dougs a try. When I walked in to their place, I was SHOCKED! The place is so clean, well organized, virtually spot-less and the people were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and right on top of things. It went off like clock work. They called, explained the problem, answered all my questions. No unpleasant surprises... In fact I'm thrilled with the great job they did, how I was treated and just how professional and trust worthy they were. So if you're local or if you just blew into town for a run at the casinos, I had a great experience with these guys.
