Customer service is terrible. Booked a monthly special for at home Botox, unfortunately the injector was ill so the appointment got moved to a few days later which was a new month. Injector arrived and was lovely but couldn't accommodate the special pricing we initially booked for due to no one being in office after hours. So far beyond unhappy. There registration system is a nightmare. It is unprofessional. This should be an easy process. So far it has been inconvenient and unprofessional. Texting that you need sensitive information and not being able to go back into your system is a poor business practice. They can't do their job without your sensitive information is unprofessional. Your system needs to recognize it and have the client resubmit it. Every system I have worked with that is professional recognizes it yet yours does not. It is a big red flag for a patient. They have gone from bad to worse. They don't have my Botox which is their business. They have changed my appointment now. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I won't use them again or join anything. This company is incompetent unorganized. Your main purpose is to provide Botox. You need to be able to keep your appointments and provide the items you are selling! read more

*I received treatment (Botox) on 8/25. * During my appointment the injector said she was only giving me 30 units (even tho the price I paid was suppose to cover "up to 50 units") *They said "expect to see full results after 2 weeks". *I contacted persimmon about 12 days later (so not *exactly* 2 weeks, but pretty freakin close!) saying that I was not really seeing very good results. *The customer service told me to "wait the full 2 weeks" then contact them...(as if I was going to see incredible results all of a sudden appear within the next 2 days?!) *I reached on 9/12 again. Armed with the photos I am sharing here. *I receive no response at all. *I reach out again, about 2 weeks later seeing that no one responded. And IMAGINE THAT they "had no record" of my previous inquiry. How very convenient! *At that point they said it had been too long to do anything about it. But even if I paid for "up to 50 units" that doesn't cover touch ups anyways since it all needs to be used in one appointment. *I wouldn't be asking for a touch up had I actually gotten good results!! *I was really excited for this service, but it's complete trash. *I would also like to note: This was my second time receiving Botox, my first time being in November of 2020, to which I had FANTASTIC results almost immediately following the treatment! (I have before & after pics of that treatment but didn't know if I should post it here in case it's not 100% clear that the work was done by a *real* provider) ***JUST GO TO A REPUTABLE PROVIDER. This place is trash The before image was also literally taken in the treatment area immediately prior to receiving the injection. I responded to Persimmon's ad for "40 units for $320... experience the precision of Botox or Xeomin with Persimmon's licensed RNs." A reasonable person would assume that means 40 units of Botox or Xeomin for $320. That's not what it was. When I followed up, I was told the promotion didn't actually apply to Botox the way the ad suggests. To be fair, the price I was offered for Botox was still fairly reasonable, but that's not really the issue. The issue is that the advertisement creates an expectation that isn't what you get when you inquire. In cosmetic medicine, transparency matters. Promotions should say exactly what they mean, especially when they name specific products like Botox. Marketing that relies on ambiguity to get people in the door doesn't leave a great impression. If the real offer is still competitive, there's no reason it shouldn't be advertised clearly in the first place. read more

I was excited for one of their promotions to be a model. Also nervous as the nurses ARE being trained at injectables. All communication was through email that I was booked for the date/time. I was supposed to get an email with a link to register. No one followed up to ensure I received the link nor that I was able to register. No one confirmed if I still wanted the appointment... no one responded to my email day of at 8:24 am, hours prior to my appointment time. I show up for my appointment and find out I was never booked and all appointment slots are full! I wasted my time, gas, and bridge toll for nothing!! The deal sounds good but the customer service is severely lacking! I should not have driven all the way there for nothing!! They should have contacted me prior to giving away my appointment time. I look at least a decade older now than I did before I went in here. I made it clear how important my eyebrow arch was. I thought we had agreed for her to not do that spot. But she did. She also just put WAY TOO MUCH Botox in my forehead in general. I told the woman when we were talking that I'd never done more than 20 units. She used the full 50 on me. I really wish I had taken more time to think. I look like a concerned old lady. I look so bad. I have ptosis of both the eyebrows and eyelids. My eyebrows now are two straight lines that point down toward my ears. But on top of that, my whole face seems to sag. I was young looking when I went in. Now I look older than my age. I have to look like this until this shit wear off. It's really awful. Pay more and go somewhere else. read more
