The biggest disappointment was the result. I wasn't happy with how my Botox turned out, particularly in my forehead, which has looked noticeably off ever since. I chose not to go back because I didn't feel confident in the outcome and didn't want additional work done there. I'm currently waiting for it to wear off, but the issue was obvious enough that even my sister immediately noticed and asked, "Who messed up your Botox?" That was pretty discouraging to hear, but it confirmed that what I was seeing wasn't just in my head. My Botox all has faded after 2 months which has never happened. (There was a whole lot of information to remember before the visit and they don't all sink in until you're done and you get the kit.) Otherwise I had a pleasant experience getting my first peel with Sheila/Shiela. I'm now on my 4th day post-procedure and looking forward to the results. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful experience I had weeks before that with Joy, who did my Dermplaning Facial, although I wish I had known sooner that if I did both at the same time, I could've saved a lot more.
