I wanted an orthodontic viewpoint on a solution prior to the crowns and veneers flying. I chose to seek out the expertise from this group of Doctors as my son had his braces done with them & they were great. Kathy at the front desk was always pleasant too. Nancy, assistant to Dr. Beth Blackwell Nill began by asking me questions, listening and looking in my mouth. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Nill came in to meet with me. Same routine- asked questions, listened to my thoughts and examined my mouth. She discovered broken porcelain in between the two teeth and advised a more simple and cost effective solution to my problem would be to have another crown replaced rather than go down the path of orthodontia. Her passion for her work is clear and she has experience to back her expertise. She also gave me some great information about shading with respect to veneers and crowns, going to the labs and strongly encouraged me to make sure I was extremely satisfied with the work. When expressing my enormous gratitude to them for their help, they both assured me they were happy to help and even said I could call with more questions. Bottom line, I know their work is excellent as my son had his braces done here. After my consultation with Nancy & Dr. Blackwell Nill this morning, I have immense respect for their honesty, love of their work and product, and willingness to help. I cannot recommend this office more highly. Great group!

They are huge they overflow the bottom of my mouth and the surrounding gums after wearing them some for the last not even a full week yet are raw and bleeding and I can't stand to put them in my mouth again and so what do they expect a person to eat when they have been given a poor set of teeth!? I have made myself try to make it work for at least one week and I plan to call tomorrow and see what they say about this. But no matter what they are going to do for me to get this fixed it's putting me in the bad position with the few choices that someone can eat when they don't have any teeth. This set turned out to be worse than what my first set were like that I had them done at a School for Dentistry. And then really this review should be for whatever lab that they use to make them. This office has been great and they have been doing perfect for everything else that I have seen in the past 5 visits with my process that they did for me. Very nice place and professional service. This lab needs to be investigated by them a little more and they might want to see about choosing another one to make sure that they will receive better reviews from people.

I tried again a year later and well I got a root canal that seemed a bit rushed. The crown was sitting kind of weird and just overall it was a weird experience. It's been about a year and a half now. Why did my crown fall off, and why did they finish my root canal if there was still decay and infection in it. So this whole year+ a crown has been sitting over a root canal that still has an infection FESTERING inside of my mouth. Which I wouldn't have known if my crown didn't pop off when I was eating....Moral of the story, don't go here. I wouldn't tell my worst enemies to come get treated here.

The waiting area was dated and basic, and the carpet seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The TV was set to MTV which was playing (blaring) some awful reality show about sexual relationships and nude selfies. One of the forms they asked me to sign was a Privacy Release stating that I had received a copy of their Privacy Practices and that I had read and understood it. But I didn't sign it, because I Never Received Anything relating to their Privacy Policy--other than said form asking me to agree That I Had Received It--and at no time did any staff member attempt to provide me with a copy of the notice in response to my refusal to sign. I was not called into the clinical area for my treatment until some 40 minutes after the start of my scheduled appointment time. After undergoing a 35 minute surgical extraction, involving a litany of different tools, a whole host of stitches, and what tasted like gallons of blood, I was provided with Virtually Zero aftercare pain management. I was literally told to 'go and buy some Advil'-- which I did--but it has had almost no effect, and the pain I'm experiencing right now is nothing short of excruciating; my head is pounding, my jawline is throbbing, and eating or drinking is impossible; my entire body aches; the pain is so intense that I can barely see, move, or think straight, and it took every ounce of my strength and constitution to write this review.

Stop scrolling. If you are reading this review, you have found your place…read more Dr. Grady and his staff are truly amazing! My daughter was a patient at this location, and when her treatment was completed, I decided to take the plunge and get braces myself -- in my late 40s! I originally started treatment with the orthodontist who was previously at this location, and Dr. Grady took over in August 2025. The transition was seamless. From the very first appointment with Dr. Grady, I could tell there was something different about the experience. He and his entire team are incredibly personable, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They make you feel like a person rather than just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Grady and his staff take the time to explain what they are doing, answer questions, and make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. One thing I especially loved is watching how he and the orthodontic assistants interacted with the kids. I have overheard them engaging with their younger patients by remembering their specific extracurricular activity, making them laugh, and overall taking the time to help them feel comfortable. They further explain what they're doing; reassuring them. You can tell their kindness is genuine. As a mom, that meant a lot to me. And it isn't just the orthodontic care, it is the little things that really stand out. When my dad passed away, the office took the time to give me a sympathy card. That may seem like a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about the type of humans they are. As a 50-year-old getting their braces removed, I admittedly had some hesitation about starting orthodontic treatment at a later stage in life. But I can honestly say I couldn't be happier that I did, and especially that I ended up in Dr. Grady's care. If you're an adult considering braces and wondering if it's "too late" - it isn't. And/or if you're looking for an orthodontist who will make you or your kiddo feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for, I cannot recommend Dr. Grady and his team enough. All the stars don't feel like enough. Thank you Dr. Grady and team for making this experience such a wonderful one
