Once in awhile they have blind boxes and kuji here too. I've done Moomin kuji in the past and we got a Poke'mon blind box as well. At the front they have a small selection of clearance items as well. The funniest thing about this location is that you can see all the boyfriends, husbands, and partners and their kids just waiting outside milling around on their phones while their S.O. is shopping inside. When I went on the weekend it was pretty packed. I liked that there are some brands you don't generally see at other Asian beauty shops and that there are samples you can, I guess smell or swatch. There's make up, skincare (serums, toners, sunblock, face wash, etc.), hair care, body care, and some household goods like those air freshener sticks. However, after a quick look through I was just ok with the prices and the selection that they have here for my own beauty and skincare needs. Some of the items are a couple dollars more expensive that what I could find online, but that's understandable. I think my only issue was the stock that they had of what was carried and the state of the samples. Most of what did pique my interest, the cute eye shadow palettes and make up, were all sold out but were still on display (10+ items like this not just a couple) and the samples that were out for swatching looked absolutely disgusting and dirty. Smeared lipstick and cream and blush everywhere, some had hair and dust and other things in it. I dipped real quick. I don't know, I've been spoiled with ShinuyaLa and I'm genuinely quite surprised there's no K-beauty shop equivalent that does it like them.

The store is thoughtfully laid out with a wide variety of Korean skincare and makeup products, all neatly organized and easy to explore. The staff were incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer questions and offer personalized recommendations, which made the experience feel even more special. The event was fantastic with freebie goodies of Pruito products. Overall, such a fun and well-curated experience. I'll definitely be back and will be keeping an eye out for future events and new skincare/beauty arrivals--highly recommend!

Specially based on customer service…read more.. I've been using iope air cushion for about 2 years so no doubt I like the product so I was Super excited they opened an amore store near by me. I bought the items I needed and opened the box when got home and noticed they gave me the wrong product. Bummer but no biggy, the next day I went in and told the sales rep. First she did not apologized for their shortcoming...instead she gave me the biggest attitude, throwing things...and saying the s word in korean under her breath. She made me literally wait there for about 15 minutes without an apology and why she is taking so long to simply just give me the product i bought... Whoever she was working Saturday night around 8 pm needs to get fired...! The worst service I ever received in a korean cosmetic stores...!
