Pabellón was amazing! Actually the best one I ever tried in the US. We ordered one, get into the hotel tried the first bite and called the restaurant to order one more plus a side of plantains! Que vergüenza! We tend to support small businesses and I was really looking forward to supporting this local business but it was a complete disappointment. First and foremost, I ordered the chicken and rice thinking it would be like their traditional fried rice. Instead, it was white rice with carrots and peas and small piece of chicken and some sort of sauce poured over the rice. The small piece of chicken had a very small portion of chicken chunk with most of it being the back bones of the chicken. I also ordered a chicken empanada. It was stuffed with some chicken and so much raw onions. The chicken was over seasoned and it was so doughy. Hopefully, this business will make some improvements. read more

This place is delicious! My wife and I came here after a day in Zion National park with our 7 month old. The food is delicious! Reminded us of our trip to Costa Rica maybe even better! Was going to Zions for the weekend and found this place to grab dinner at with some friends of mine. The restaurant itself has a very Latino vibe to it almost making it seem like I'm in a Peruvian restaurant in actual Peru. The service was great and the chef/owner of the place came out and greeted us and was incredibly sweet. I ordered the civiche con tudo and a side of fried plantains and it was sooo good. Kind of disappointed that it wasn't a lot of food for the price, but the flavor was great. Also hoped there had been more fish/different kind of fish in the civiche con tudo. Really solid Peruvian food from my one experience here. We tried Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, and--while this is Venezuelan more than Peruvian--Arepas. Everything was fresh and well made compared with other Peruvian food I've had elsewhere. My one quibble is that there was a ton of oregano (or something similar to it) on the Lomo Saltado, to the point that it kind of dominated, and the steak was just a bit dry (could have been because we had to drive it home to eat), but other than that this place totally hit the spot. Very good ceviche with fish that tasted fresh. We also went for some arepas (because if I see arepas on a menu, I have to order them) and they were awesome. Highly recommend the Reina Pepiada with either beef or chicken. read more

Worst restaurant I've been to period! We got there and asked what's the restaurants favorite? Number 1 so it comes with beef/chicken rice and fries. Could only do take out so that sucked but whatever we were hungry. Opened the case and I've could not believe how little the portion was it was embarrassing with super chuwey beed pieces and like 7 small pieces of fries, a who bunch of onions and bit of rice. On top of that I found a long hair in the food! Anyone I mean anyone can make a better food with little effort never coming here again. I threw it away lost my appetite. read more

Extremely disappointed. Owner and son became defensive and argumentative when I questioned the ingredients in the dish I ordered. First, didn't match what it says on the menu; second, it has ingredients that don't belong to that dish. The owner instead of apologizing, kept justifying her wrongdoing. Very questionable customer service. Son put my plate on the table with an arrogant attitude like he was making me a favor. This place misleads customers about the flavor and presentation of authentic Peruvian food. I don't recommend this place at all. I regret not have taken a picture of my main dish and appetizer. Of course, I left and didn't eat there. Don't waste your money and time. Simply, avoid an aggravation. read more
