Had the Lomito Saltado with chicken and it was really good. Well cooked and very reasonable quantity for the price.

After a day in Zion, this place hit the spot. We walked in at 9:30 pm (30 minutes before close) and was a bit worried we would be rushed out. Not only were they welcoming, the food was made fresh to order and piping hot! When the server dropped 4 uniquely different tasting sauces on the table, I got a good feeling about this place. The empanadas were stuffed with chicken and red onion. They were also a tad sweet and the red hot sauce made a perfect match. My girlfriend was in love with the arepas. I also ordered the sopa de pollo and arroz con pollo. Maybe the biggest surprise, our to go order. 1/4 chicken with two sides (black beans and rice). That was tasty as well, but they gave large amounts of side sauces for the take out! Who doesn't sauces! The 5 orders was the perfect amount for 3 and was under $40! I didn't think I'd find a meal like this at 9:30 pm in Hurricane, Utah. Thank you so much for being here! We will be back on our next visit for sure. read more

Hands down the best Peruvian food in Hurricane! The ice machine was down but the arepas are incredible

Seriously the best empanada that I've had in North America was from this restaurant. The staff was really friendly and the prices were low and the quality of food was incredible. I also ordered the ceviche and it tasted EXACTLY like the ceviche I ate in Peru in 2018. read more

Fine place if you like food without flavor. We ordered a shredded beef dish, a stir-fry like dish, and yucca fries - everything was bland or flavorless. In addition the bathroom was seriously disgusting, clogged toilet, dirty sink, and no paper towels. I would have told someone on staff about the condition but service people were pretty much invisible. read more

We stopped in on a Saturday evening about 7:30 and it's not that busy. We decided to share a couple dishes and got a number 6 and 16. Both were delicious!!! We highly recommend this place! We talked with people coming in and they said that it's basically the only place to get good food after 8pm in Hurricane. We will be back very soon! read more

Don't get the ceviche its disgusting. I literally love fish (raw) but the smell of there's was unbearable and I literally thought I was gonna be sick after eating it there fried rice was good though but damn they need to figure out what's the deal with that seafood, gross. read more

Phenomenal Peruvian restaurant. I have eaten Peruvian food MANY times with native Peruvian friends and family. Peruvian Flavors captures these flavors perfectly. I ordered the lomo saltado, far and away one of the best lomos I have ever had. The onions were cooked so perfectly that they were not overpowering, the meat was so tender and well seasoned. After eating, the chef came out and talked with us about our experience. She was so kind, sweet and caring. I intend to return and I will absolutely be bringing friends with me. read more

Traditional, authentic, flavorful, family owned restaurant with some delightful flavor. Dishes are well sized, arepas are crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Sauces are amazing, make sure to get all three and dip your food, you won't be disappointed. read more

We found this place on our way out of town after a day of hiking and mtb. I ordered the arepas and empanadas and they were amazing! The food was steaming hot when served and the server provided recommendations on which sauce to pair the arepas with (they bring you fourdifferent sauces). Glad I followed his recommendation because it tasted amazing! BF had the lomito saltado and arroz con pollo. He inhaled both, so.. zero complaints obviously. Absolutely delicious food. Reminds us of the meals we enjoyed in Peru recently. This is the only Peruvian place in the states where we have seen causa on the menu which we can't get enough of. My family and I ate here while visiting Zion and it was amazing, the best mix of Peruvian and Venezuelan classics! We ordered the Pabellón Criollo, Ceviche Peruano, Chicharrron Peruano, and the rotisserie chicken. EVERYONE polished their plates. The portions were perfect and the prices were unbeatable! I love Venezuelan food having lived there for a couple of years. I would make an annual pilgrimage out of state just to get a good empanada or arepa. Now I don't have to. This place is great! 100% authentic. If you haven't tried Venezuelan food before, the Pabellón is amazing, the empanadas are perfect (I recommend shredded beef) and you can't go wrong with an arepa. I was on my way back from an epic trip in Zion National Park when we decided we were hungry and wanted to stop to get something to eat as we were going through Hurricane, Utah. We saw several Mexican restaurants, but then to my surprise we noticed Peruvian Flavors! I was like no way! Peruvian food here?? We immediately turned around and went in. It's a family owned restaurant and they were really friendly. The food was really delicious and authentic! I got a Lomito Saltado but with chicken instead of grilled beef and it was an absolute hit! The aji paste/sauce to add spice was perfect (though didn't need anything more, really), and they also had a house specialty green tartar sauce that was super tasty for a twist in flavor. I would highly recommend stopping here for a true and authentic Peruvian cuisine experience! It became another highlight of our adventures and it was the perfect way to cap off an amazing trip through the Southwest and Zion! Very happy to have found Peruvian Flavors in Hurricane! read more
