Jason was called to check out carpenter ant damage at my house. He arrived early (called when he was close), was professional and courteous. His opinion was to not treat the wood with chemicals, as it was rotted and needed to be replaced (which I already strong suspected). The main reason I called him was to make sure the good non-rotting wood was not in danger of carpenter ant damage. Jason was only interested in my best interest, not making a sales on providing services that were not needed. I have put him in my phone directory and will use on any future needs.
