They explained that they would come out to do an assessment (we had an ant problem) and then give us an idea what caused the problem and an estimate for treatment. Mark showed up and quickly identified the problem AND what caused the problem, gave us what I thought was a very reasonable estimate to treat the ants and outside all around the foundation. After many frustrating phone calls to other pest control places, all while killing wasps in my kitchen left and right, they were able to squeeze me in same day!
