I spoke with Teresa who was very friendly and kind and said she could get a tech to come out as quickly as the next day. The cost was very reasonable for an inspection and weekly follow-ups. I had no idea what to expect but wanted an honest company to do business with. We scheduled the appointment that week at a time that worked for me, she gave me a window and the technicians name. Joaquin was on time, ready to work, asked me questions, respected my home by wearing shoe booties and even gave me some tips and tricks to consider to prevent rodent activity. He was honest, I wasn't rushed and he reassured me that he did not find any evidence that there were rats up there. Turns out the insulation company missed a few spots because it was older rat feces. Joaquin ended up not charging me for the services although I wanted to at least give him a tip for his time and honesty he did not take it.
