There was one time I was accidentally charged, and they refunded it immediately without any hassle. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching.
