This location is chronically understaffed on weekends, when it is at its peak volume and over staffed on bizarre days like Mondays and Thursdays. The parking lot desperately needs lines painted, with no lines even indicating handicapped parking. Take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the Holden location. Holden is always staffed with friendly employees, clean and ready to serve you.

Their store is well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their dog wash is first come, first served, no reservations, so make sure to give them a call so you won't have to wait. It's a convenient location next to Hannafords, so the wife kept busy while I did the dirty deed. There's even a Dunkin Donuts across the street if someone else needs to keep occupied. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

We stayed out in the area, to pick him up when he was finished, but we never got a call. We went into the store to see what was going on, and found out that they had "overbooked" grooming appointments, and had never even started his haircut. They put him into a kennel while he was there, and they never apologized for what happened. We were extremely angry, and when we spoke to the manager, she didn't seem to care at all. She was surly, rude, snapped at us when she couldn't understand how many bags we wanted, and was very obviously not educated on their products or policies because she quoted a 30.00 delivery fee, only to run into the back for a minute and come to say, "no, unless it's feed, it'll be a 60.00 delivery fee." Not sure how feed costs less the load onto a truck and drive 15 miles than soil, but needless to say, we canceled the order on the spot and ordered from home Depot instead. It costs less, had free delivery, and much better customer service. Blue Seal, I don't know if she is a relative or not, but your rude counter worker just cost you a repeat customer. We won't be coming back.
