They wash the stations in between use. There are a variety of shampoo options and hose + dryer were easy to use. They provide a small leash to keep your dog attached to the washing station too plus a treat for post-wash. Staff is very friendly!

She was fantastic at communicating and was the first groomer ever to actually listen to our requested haircut!! Having a doodle means a certain style of grooming, but we just needed her to be short all over and she's the only groomer that didn't question our decision and did exactly like we asked. We didn't need any touchups! (Which is a first). She was perfect! I highly recommend Astrid for grooming and will continue to book with her going forward!! Plus, as an added bonus, everyone at this store was so friendly and sweet to my little puppy.

It is named after Mud Bay Road, the location of its first store (the road being named for the body of water nearby). My daughter needed to get some gourmet (think refrigerated) for her new dog, so we tagged along. It's a very large store inside, with pets being encouraged to come in. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You will find a lot of brands that you don't see in the super-pet stores that we used to frequent. One interesting learning that I recently obtained is the existence and use of a 'bully stick' for dogs. Mud Bay has a large selection of all shapes and sizes.

PetSmart clearly doesn't have the trained staff to manage anything beyond low-energy dogs. Save yourself the headache and find a proper daycare that actually understands canine behavior and development An employee handed me a dog tooth, claiming it was Lumi's from playing too rough. Not only was it clearly NOT her tooth(the size is too small), but the fact that they are just handing out random teeth proves they have zero control or oversight of the dogs in their day care. Whose tooth was that? What actually happened in that room? Combine this terrifying lack of supervision with a staff that was incredibly rude and unapologetic, and you have a recipe for disaster. Please do not leave your pets here if you care about their safety.

Lots of cute seasonal toys and accessories. I ended up buying Pablo some barkery cheddar peanut butter perfect for his lick mat and some chicken hearts for him to enjoy. I also got him a peanut butter bone that he devoured very quickly. Love this spot!
