We came by after taking our fur babies to a off leash dog park nearby as we were celebrating our dog's birthday and decided to bring her to a new city. As we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff members and were told that if we had any questions then they would be more than happy to assist. They also offered treats for our fur babies which is always a bonus! The store was neatly organized with plenty of walking space for owners and their pets to roam around. We came specifically for some birthday hats and accessories and were pleased to find it close to the entrance. As we were trying different hats, one of the employees Arrow offered to take some pictures of our birthday girl and told us that they offered a birthday goodie bag. We were delighted to hear this as who doesn't want to spoil their precious puppy on their special day? It took only a few minutes for them to get us a bag and Arrow also mentioned that we get 25% off treats, toys and food that could be used with the same year. What a steal! We decided to get them some hides (our dog picked them out for his sister and himself) and dog food. We came in for a birthday hat but left happily with much more. The genuine care for their customers and pets was very clear. From friendly and professional customer service, all types of products, and one of those neat water dispensers for dogs and cats was fantastic! We will be back! read more

All of my locations I've been to on the eastside are so clean and well organized. But I want to point out the team here is so caring and kind! I stopped by to pick up training treats (great selection) and I mentioned that I have a long day and forgot dinner for my dog (she was with me). Immediately Jessica asked what her usual food is and came back with half a can of food sprinkled with kibble clusters in a clean, white bowl for my Sophie!! Sophie gobbled it up in seconds and was a happy dog. It was so sweet for Jessica to put together a nice meal for Sophie. When I was ready to check out, I mentioned that I wanted to pay for the dinner and Kaiden said not to worry about it! Such a caring team who truly loves dogs and puts customers first. I came in to grab a few items for my cat and the employee checking me out helped me set up my cat's profile in the system. Upon realizing his birthday was this month, she included a free birthday goodie bag! The goodie bag was so generous, included samples of treats, toys, and pate. I stopped here after visiting a few Mud Bays in Oregon and Washington. I was visiting in the area with my two dogs (we're from California). My dogs generally eat mostly raw, and if you're a raw feeder you know how hard it is to travel with raw. I stopped by here to pick up a few things we needed and we were greeted by the a few friendly staff members. I purchased their private label goats milk (Wisely), which was surprisingly only $8.99/quart. It's all grass fed raw goats milk, at a very good price. We also purchased a pack of 4 duck necks for $7.49 (private label as well). This place is super neat and I think it beats out Mud Bay by carrying all these affordable private label brands (which are still a fantastic quality.) My pups were spoiled with some treats and attention as well, and the associate was great at breaking down the differences between their brand and other brands out there. I have worked in the pet industry for about a decade, so their customer service, knowledge, and friendliness without being overbearing was super impressive. Wish we had this chain in California!
