I used this place for the first time for self-serve grooming. The self-serve grooming room consists of four bays. 2 for large dogs and 2 for small dogs with a ramp. The dryers are right next to the bay. I'm used to self service rooms having a platform to brush and groom as well as a bay to wash. Unfortunately, this one did not, but it was still OK. read more

The associates at this store are far less welcoming than the other locations I've been to in the area. I walked past multiple employees and was never greeted. I had to stop one of the employees to ask a question only to be told they don't know then he walked off. As I continued entering the dog wash area, another associate unkindly stated I needed to pay for my wash first (which I had already purchased a punchcard). No greeting first, no thank you. I have never felt so happy in my life! The person who runs their Instagram account is very active and posts pictures of dogs who stop by often. The employees always greet us and ask if there is anything specific we are looking for. I love coming here, because the people who work here make me feel so comfortable. My roommate told me that this location had not offered her dog's brand of food, but they order a bag each month specifically for her. I've been a long time customer here. I have gotten everything I have needed from toys to food for my 2 cats and dog. I've always had someone come up to me during my visits, especially when I'm rotating food for my pets. I feel like the culture has changed in this store. Not one person came to me and when I asked Hailey about limited ingredient dog food - all she said was ,"you can choose one that has limited ingredient on them." I love this place! It's rare to see a retail establishment keep the same employees for more than a month. When I walk in, they recognize me and vise versa. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I hope PSP are taking good care of their ppl bc they take care of us! I haven't been to pet smart or pet co in about 2 years bc I started shopping here. And the loyalty program is pretty awesome. I get a discount almost every time I go in. My pup is on a raw food diet and this is the only location that does a fantastic job of keeping Instinct Raw and Stella & chewy brands in stock. Great quality products and even more than that to chose from like goats milk! I like that there's usually a sale on some kind of treats there. Terrific variety on natural treats. An opportunity would be to have more variety on bone broths and handle the ones you do carry with care or report to DC that they're being damaged during shipping. The dried bones and duck feet endcap is always a must for us. The register area is often cluttered, junky and crowded but it's only because all their workers really do work together to keep the shelves stocked and are helping customers at the same time. I see them all working in all departments. I can see how one task can carry over onto another. There's also In-store pickup stuff up there. It's just a bit messy. Great pet store that's close to home! Every time I've visited, the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. They seem to genuinely care about animals! They have a wide selection of dog food and treats, and my dog loves roaming around and checking out what they have. Once, when he had an accident in the store, one of the workers went to clean it up without hesitation and was very kind and understanding about it. Awesome customer service! Best feature- "You click, We Fetch"- buy it online and the order will be ready in about 2 hours. They will bring it out to your car when you arrive.
