I use curbside as I an elderly person and covide19 has me cautious . When I drove up this time to pick up my case of cat food the girl at the register told me I had to come in to check it out. I am a good customer and never had this problem before . Someone comes to the car and takes my cards and checks me out. They had a meeting at the register and someone came out took my cards, checked me out and put the Case of cat food in my trunk. Has the store policy changed or should I change stores? read more

From the groomers, Tabitha & Kathleen, to the personnel that work in this store - they are all so very helpful :-). My recent visit for grooming, with my injured/hobbled cairn terrier, Calli, went extremely well. I was so nervous to bring her for grooming but I needn't have worried as she was in Tabitha's capable hands and sdhe enjoyed her extra towels in the drying kennel cubby. This is a great store with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They also have awesome grooming services! I would like to especially recognize, Erica, who groomed my dog. She was so great. My dog loved her and I could tell she really took her time with him. He looked amazing and was so happy which is very telling since he is not a fan of the groomer. Very disappointing , I put my dog there for bath and deshed but guess what? He returned the same. Same smell (not the best that why I took him there) same shedding and they didn't even clipped his nails. Now since I don't really know if the nice ladies are doing something there the only thing I have to compare and to know is the fact that for the last 6 years I took my dog few times a year to different place and some were amazing were you see and feel he had bath and deshed treatment on his fur, and places where you see they just brush him a little put bandana and that's it. I would go back to this place and won't recommend it. read more

I have been a customer of Pet Supplies Plus for several years and I'm always impressed by the product selection, fair prices and amazingly friendly, pet loving staff. Yesterday I visited the Perinton, NY store with my German Shorthair Pointer to exchange a harness I bought at a PSP store in Muskegon, MI that was too small. I ended up buying a 50 lb. bag of dry food, a dozen cans of food, a large box of Milk Bones and several smaller items. Because yhe store had been re-organized since my last visit, I needed assistance several times and the store manager who assisted me was one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful retail staffers I have ever encountered. If you shop at PSP with your dog, every staff member will greet you and your dog, and you will have to leave time to meet the other customers and their dogs. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus for a delightful shopping experience! read more

First of all, the reptile guy that helped me did not even see that most of the reptiles were dying. The geckos were skinny with their ribs showing and they were surrounded by their own poop. Then the guy asked me what to do. The geckos were all crammed in a small place for months and obviously not cared for. Overall I was very disappointed with the reptile health. read more

This location will go above and beyond the call of duty. Mickey our Maine Coon Cat has been groomed by Akasha and the other ladies there. He always looks handsome after his session. On the other hand Moose (our Bulldog) has encountered the staff also with love. He normally likes to be in charge as bullies do, but sees this place as somewhere he loves to visit. Not to mention all the Nutro he can buy. Love the staff and store for all they do! read more

I just moved to the area and needed to find a groomer that is closed to home. I happened to see the store ad sent to my house and wanted to give them a try. I have to say that I am very disappointed with the grooming service that were provided to my two small dogs. Both of them were done by 1.5 hr for a full grooming. Thatbis shockingly fast because I have taken them to many grooming places and the avg time is usually 3hrs for both. When I got there I didnt had a chance to examine them at the pick up time because I had to go up to the front of the store to pay and them come back to pick them up. Since my dogs were anxiously wanting to leave the place- i had no choice to find the exit door and head home. The next morning- I saw that both of my dogs back legs paw were not trimmed as promised. Tails were not trimmed either and the hair cut was sloppy. You can see that the groomer did not pay a lot of attention to details and that cuts were not straight but slanted. Sorry to say- but I will not be coming back to this place and will make a drive to my previous place for a much more professional job . Btw- I paid $90 for both dogs that I could have done a better job at home myself. read more

Great store. I have been having very bad experiences with PetCo and PetSmart lately. Went here to buy a bark collar as a last resort and they gave me other options that the larger chains said not to bother with. I'm glad I went here very helpful and relatable. read more
