I think it is hard to differentiate a Pet supply business from one another. I feel the reason this one does is they have a large sell service animal cleaning station and every time you are there you are greeted with a smile from someone able to help you. I am blown away by the customer service I received from the employees at this pet store. I was greeted right away and every employee acknowledged me when I walked in. The owner of the store assisted me with the pet foods and took the time to explain things to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I never reicieved this much attention from Petco or Petsmart. Love this place! Visited here on a number of occasions and love that it is so close to home. Purchased Blue Buffalo dog food, doggie ice cream and fish supplies. Their prices are comparable and even at times less than your big pet stores. My lab loves the dog ice cream much better than frosty paws from the grocery store. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had never been to Pet Supplies Plus ever. We went to pick up some new food for our boxer pup that was recommended by a friend, after we found out she was diagnosed with lymphoma. As we were about to pay, the owner, Scott, came by and said how great the food was, what his recommendations were, etc. He was very kind and very knowledgeable, but most importantly, he asked if it was to help treat a problem. It was as if he knew what we were going through. He helped us with recommendations with Vets/Oncologist, what to mix with the dehydrated food, what type of kibble to still include and just made us feel more comfortable with how to handle our dogs new diagnosis. What topped it off was how empathetic he was and made us feel a little more comfortable with how we were going to approach her treatment and her passing. Cashier was also so kind and shared her story of her dog passing from cancer too. If this isn't enough to make you want to go to Pet Supply, they have a great selection of food, treats, and other items for other pets. Thank you guys so so much! read more

I just have to compliment this location and their employees. I started shopping there for my pets because it was closest to my house, but have become a loyal customer due to the incredible customer service. Every employee is personable, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Staff recognize and greet me and my family so that we actually feel like they value our business. I can't say the same for any of the other many stores we frequent in the area. I appreciate that they take the time to actually talk with me and ask questions about my pets. We were excited to try out a new pet store so close to home, so I took my 4 year old son with me to check it out. The women working here were very controlling, bossy and definitely not child friendly. I was standing next to my son while he stood looking at a bird and two workers approached us telling him not to talk to it, bother it, climb the cages or touch it and they wouldn't let up. We were just standing there looking at it. It got so strange and aggressive as we looked around the store that I had to tell one of the workers to back off. My son never did anything inappropriate and I never left his side- just because he's a four year old boy you don't have to get all over him. I would understand if he was acting up or aggressive or if I wasn't by his side but he was fine- we weren't even there long enough for him to get riled up and obnoxious, even if he wanted to. Which is too bad because there's nothing I love more than scaling a bird cage with my young son. read more

My family and I LOVE this pet store. It's welcoming and everyone is friendly and helpful. They have everything and more than you could need, especially specialist pet food. We know it's a franchise but this truly feels like our local community store. We also like to go in and see the animals for adoption and the others for sale. They have great sales as well (2 for one specials, $1 gallon on tanks, discounts for card members, etc.). Nice wide isles with plenty of space to get around easily with a cart.
