    Very helpful and friendly. My dog has major anxiety when in unfamiliar places. But the people working with her grooming and vet care were very patient and gentle with her.

    If I could I would give Petco Zero 0 Stars...The other day I went to Petco to go purchase FELIWAY CLASSIC" diffuser for my pets, well I purchased it they recommended it today Sunday I took it back why well let's just say my cats became sick it says on the "FELIWAY CLASSIC" calming and comfort, No it's not, it makes the cats irritable it makes the cat more obnoxious and out of control! I called Petco to speak to the manager all she had to tell me was for me to call the company on a Sunday while they're closed cuz I did call, she told me to call the vet I'm not going to spend outrageous money when my cat is laying here having seizures convulsions and dying and I told this to the manager at Petco, she did not care. Petco is very rude. you sell an item, my cat is dying literally! As soon as I got off the phone not even 5 minutes my cat died! , from this item, my cat was healthy nothing was wrong with him, I plugged in this FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, all my cats started getting sick. I had to air out my unit in this freezing cold weather to try to get my cats, to get back to normal it did no good now, I'm trying to save my cats, my cats are not just pets, they are part of my family! FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, killed MY FAMILY member and my family member saved My Life 2 years ago when I had a heart attack, yes I am upset! No I'm having to clean everything, wash everything, sanitize everything, to get the smell, the stench, they say you can't smell it, they are wrong, FELIWAY CLASSIC diffuser, does have an odor! And yes it can make you sick and nauseous.too!

    Thank you so much to staff member Alex who saved my kittens milk for me. I was calling everywhere for this milk because the kitten that I'm fostering didn't like the two other milks I tried. I had no idea it would only like the one that it was use to. Learning lesson for me. I am just so thankful for this staff member.

    The bathroom it was so dirty not clean the floor in the store was not clean their was hair, on the toilet toilet paper everywhere. The corners was so dirty when you walk in the store smells badly. The floor was very dirty in the store does not a very clean and sanitize for cats or for dogs. I have been to the other stores like this. They are very clean. This is beyond disgusting.

    I do blame myself for this as you can see they had a roach on the floor when we went in. Should've known from the jump.

    I took my girlfriends teacup yorkie over there to get a little haircut and they absolutely butchered him. I showed pictures of what we wanted done to him and they completely cut all of his hair off. They left the tail and face unshaved and uneven. If this is the type of groomers they decide to hire they should just close down. It's disrespectful and a scam for your money I do not recommend.

    Beware this is the worst Pet store that I've ever been to. I just spent over $350 in the last six months came into the store because I'm converting one of my old tanks to an African tank. This store by the way only had 2 African fish in stock for 3 month and counting. if you know what you want, you might be OK. Need to get some advice "you are throw money to wind." So now I'm in the store then I asked what proper PH should be for the African fish store attendant confidently walk me over 7.0 PH product. She didn't explain to me that this is for a specific type of African and not all Africans as the manager suggested the other pet store I went to is adamant that 7.0 PH will kill your African fish. If you Google it, it's gonna tell you 8.0 - 8.2 PH. So with that said I went out and bought about $60 worth of fish wound up died due to the fact that the information I received from the store was incorrect. When I talk to the manager about this, he tried to tell me I misheard what I heard from the representative days prior when he wasn't even present. Then he went on to claim in their tanks are at 7.0 PH so this is what she meant to express to me as if I heard it wrong. The manager at this time tells me we don't have a way of given you anything back. No gift cards for store credit nothing. I'm going to offer you a discount towards your next purchase in our store as if I'm going to come back and spend more money in order to receive some type of compensation indirectly and you're giving me no resolution or consideration.

    My dog is 4 years old and had her first ever groomer experience today. She has had a hell of a year in and out of the vet and has become very anxious going into places where she thinks they're going to hurt her. We did a walk in nail trim and Kayla was wonderful. She was super calming and helpful. My dog hates getting her nails cut, something that's only recently become an issue. We have to fight with her to even attempt it with no success. I finally gave in and brought her here just to see if someone else would be able to get it done. And to my surprise, she did 10x better with the girls than with my husband and I. They made it quick, easy, and painless for her. Of course, she fought them a little bit, but she did great overall. I loved that Kayla and the other woman talked her through it. Thanks Update: I returned today, 1/27/20 and Kayla was not there but Rachel did her nails and she was excellent! I can tell my dog is starting to get more comfortable. The girls are so nice and helpful.

I had some unfortunate luck with some fish, came to return them, and she helped me with the return,no problems, then gave me so much information on fish. She is my go too now! Thank you so much, Genie! May this fish live a long, healthy life! I will be back!!

The owner, Lisa, even picked up a prescription for my dog while he was boarding and I was out of the country. With my dog Riley, they take extra care with getting him settled in and adjusted because he developed a bit of separation anxiety after the pandemic. They always have him looking his best after his every six weeks grooming. To make it easier for me (not having to call for an appointment) they've been booking him out every six weeks for the entire year. It is so easy for me to remember, and they do such a great job with him. I cannot say enough how much trust I have in Lisa and her team at Top Notch. If he needs to be boarded, I know he is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

The new ownership has jacked up the price by 50%! It now costs $60 rather than $40! Included in that is $10/day just to feed your dog!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? If I board him there four days, I could have bought a bag of the Kirkland brand they use that would last him 6 weeks! When I brought my dog home, he ran straight to his water bowl and drank nearly the entire bowl. Apparently Top Notch no longer provides water to boarders!!! It probably costs another $10/day for that. What next? $10/day for the air he breathes? Last time they overcharged me for my stay. The clerk said she couldn't give me the breakdown of the charge until she ran my card. Then I could log onto their new website to see the breakdown. Sure enough, she overcharged me. Oddly, she didn't know how to credit my card, only charge it. I never did see the credit come through on my statement. They had charged me for the private play for the day I checked out, even though I was checking out first thing in the morning. It seemed clear that they were systematically overcharging people because the charge for private play was automatically generated as soon as the system registered a new day (i.e., at midnight). Most people never knew they were overcharged. I complained both times. However, both times I told them not to have the manager call. It simply wasn't worth it because I have far too much to do to argue with corporate. Nonetheless their corporate manager called and used corporate spin about their changes, and how they were only doing it for my good. Really? Wasting my time only added insult to injury. Top Notch used to know my dog, what he ate, what he likes, etc. Now they don't know anything about him. They used to provide a "report card" after each stay, telling me how he did. Now you have to log on to their website to see an impersonal computer screen of notes. Honestly, I don't want to log onto yet another website. A 50% increase in price for worse service, $10/day if you don't want your pet to starve, an obviously dehydrated pet when you get them back. And all that for 50% more + a $10 overcharge to boot. And if you'd like, you can also get a phone call with corporate spin. I've given Top Notch $1000s over the last 20 years. They won't get even a single $1 more from me. No thank you, Flop Botch.
