Having adopted Ellie recently, she did not have the best manners, and really had not undergone any sort of training her whole life. We knew she could use the extra help with some professional training. She had poor leash skills, jumped up on us and strangers all the time, and chewed objects around the house. After the two week training camp, Ellie is basically a different dog (see YouTube video below from her second week of training camp). She has great leash walking skills, responds very well to "no", will sit in "place" (her bed) and stay, and is all around a better behaved dog. We even had follow up lessons with Jonathan to make sure we know how all the training commands and techniques worked and to help us stay on top of it. Jonathan was nice enough to even work with our other dog and give us tips for him. We just might be one of the most difficult cases LOMA has ever had. Our two rescues were fighting and we called LOMA in absolute desperation. They seemed to get along really well at first and then things went really wrong. We had no idea what to do. We were at a loss. Dr. Lorraine had to use every trick and tool she has to help our boys and to help us too! At that time, our two boys were about 2 years old. We had many so many trials and errors. Dr. Lorraine was incredibly patient with us. The training really was for us just as much as it was for our dogs. Our boys are now 7 years old and they have both made a complete turn around. They aren't the same dogs anymore. They have developed some good manners and they have learned to get along with each other. They actually enjoy having people come to visit versus having the meltdowns they used to have when someone set foot into our house. They worked really well with her, gave her time to settle in. When I would drop her off in the am we greeted in a nice friendly way by Scott. Robert took her every morning and walked her around. I mentioned she was leery of the techs going to vans in the parking lot and he got her out there to observe them. Kendall her main trainer was a positive force for her and she really likes her now. (This is big for this girl and her fears) She has become more focused and listens much better. Took her to pickup curbside on our way home from class, normally she backs away from the curbside employee or tries to go up front. Today she sat nicely in the car, watched them and didn't try to get away from. Big improvement. I look forward to watching her become even more confident with her group classes. Highly recommend!

We have three dogs and it's not fair to keep one of them separated from their humans, so I reached out for help. One of our neighbors shared with me that Anthony was able to significantly decrease the aggressiveness in their bulldog and felt like he could help us with our situation. After both Scout and Neo spent three weeks at K-9 Collab, and our continuance of the training at home, we continued to see improvement on Scout's part to tolerate Neo.
