Then when i called back to just request to speak with someone else, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. The next person answered and hung up as well. The people working there might be the rudest people i have ever encountered. Truly unacceptable. I don't think I will ever go to another Petco because of this experience. A person there claiming to be named Jess was the rudest of them all. They claimed that nothing ever happened and that they were busy and hung up on me as well. HOW DO YOU STILL HAVE A JOB. I came to this petco yesterday to get supplies for my new fish tank. Originally I was going to buy online. I'm so glad I came in! Walter was extremely helpful and walked me through the process of creating the perfect tank environment step by step. He helped me choose the right equipment for the size of my tank, showed me how to install everything, taught me about the benefit of live plants in an aquarium (which I followed through with purchasing), showed me which water treatments to use and the best food for my betta and also showed me a variety of betta friendly fish I can use as tank mates. I am truly thankful that he was there to help me! The cashier was also very sweet and helpful, thank you to both of them. read more

I used to be employed at this Petco. Let me start off by saying management was horrible. Gerry, I'm pretty sure he's not there anymore, was horrible to work with. He was condescending, rude, and immature to say the least. At the time, I was 20, and I had much respect for anyone In authority at that time. I never stood up to his disrespect and never complained about his treatment to anyone he clearly showed respect for. He blatantly favored specific coworkers who he knew he could take advantage of (that included me). I hope things improve in the future with this store and company as a whole. Also, on another note: on multiple occasions, fish were delivered and left by the door unopened by management and staff for two days at least. We would open the packages and the fish would be dead. Is this not cruelty? My boss told us to just throw them away afterwards into the freezer. I will never be going back as an employee or a customer. read more

Try as I have, for the last year, to use Petco San Rafael's GROOMING Services, they continue to disappoint. I made my last appointment with Taryn today because my time and my animal are never ever shown respect or courtesy. I arrived at my appointment time only to be told Taryn had just left for lunch and would be back in 45 minutes. Because of past experiences where it was much the same- having my dog there for no less than four to six hours, I'm DONE. Not only is it an inconsiderate use/waste of my time, but having an animal caged among barking animals is beyond stressful for the animal. I bought a fish tank and it was missing a filter. My wife went to exchange it and was assured all the pieces were in the new kit. When she got home the actual tank was cracked and broken. I called to tell them I was coming to exchange it and the person on the phone said they would leave one for me. When I got there they told me they were closed and would not let me in to exchange it. I asked where the person who I spoke to was and they said he left and I had to come back the next morning. Mind you I live in a different town and it was pouring rain the whole time. I pleaded with the manager but all he could do was smirk and tell me there was nothing he could do. I left the tank with him and as I was leaving he kicked it out of the store and closed the doors. When I came the next morning they said they didn't have the tank and they would not refund me or get me the correct kit. I have never been treated so badly and will never shop there again. They have a good selection of products. However, the staff is rude for the most part. Especially the grooming. I only go to that store for emergency items now. I made an appointment not too long ago for grooming. My dog is 7 pounds and about a year now. He is small and has had no issues with grooming before at other places. This lady was pretty tall. She pulled on his leash around his neck without a collar. The pup was hesitant but instead, she kept pulling on the leash until the puppy made choking noises. My wife was upset and picked him up to stop the chocking. I tried to hand the pup to the groomer calmly, and she was like no because of the coronavirus. If you are that scared, stay home. Or at least find better methods to bring in pups into the grooming office. Therefore, we walked away, upset and frustrated. We wasted our time. Not to mention that we had waited for about 20 minutes, for our scheduled appointment, in front of the grooming area while people inside were just hanging out even after they had seen us. This example isn't the first time that this store has had terrible service. I was there this past week for a new puppy. In a digital era, when everyone can easily buy products online from multiple sources, this store should really consider training its employees on customer service. read more

Another winning (losing) visit to Petco. I called ahead to ask for my pet food to be set aside at the front register (often takes them quite a while to get it from the back otherwise). The first person to answer the home said "hello" and promptly hung up. The second responded to my request with "I'll try." When I re-asked for just a few dozen crickets to be set aside, she said "like I said, I'll try." 10 minutes notice to make it less of a hassle for them (a courtesy if anything) to fetch a tiny plastic bag of crickets from the back hardly seems like an inconvenience. For years I have used their grooming services for my dogs, and today was it. My appointment was cancelled on the day of my appointment Saturday, I rebooked for today and they changed the time this morning in a text. I work and had to make all kinds of changes to get to the appointment and was told I was late and they could not take my dog. This is the worse place, horribly rude staff and no customer service. Hair cuts are not that great. They had a couple of good manages in the past but its been a hit and miss the last few years. Mostly miss. Anyone know a good groomer cause they suck. read more

At least I was greeted when I walked in, but after that I was not offered help or assistance while walking through the store. Two employees clearly looked at me and just kept walking, they didn't ask "are you finding everything okay". They had low or no stock on a handful dog items I was looking for. I get up to the register to pay and somehow the system charged my twice. I went back the the cashier says that happens, but it should clear by the morning. It didn't. I went back the next morning and they cannot issue me a refund because they don't see it in there system. I told what happened the day before and the manager says sorry, but there's nothing I can do. You can give me my money back...that's what you can do. I have to call Petco customer service and says that their system does that sometimes and I have to wait for another department to get back to me. The cashier knows and the customer service representative knows that their system is jacked, but customers have to go through all this to get their money for a mistake that Petco made. Asked for help to clean the shoe, and the employee gave us a look and came back with paper towels and some cleaning spray. So I had an AWESOME experience at Petco when I went in there today for a job interview. Not only was the manager Shannon awesome and an LGBT advocate, but my heart fluttered to see that they embrace diversity and inclusion. Not only to the four legged friends that they sell here, but also to the diverse population and clientele they serve. They are the first cooperation to have an "All Gender Restroom." Pass on the love, and if you are an LGBT advocate, LGBT job applicant or just an open minded and hearted person, PLEASE give all your pet need business to this Petco. Show this store (And the AWESOME management) that their support and advocacy is recognized. My heart literally fluttered as I told Shannon "You HAVE to hire me now." This location used to have two of the kindest, compassionate dog groomers around and I loved taking my puppy there. I'm sad to report they left and the new "top groomers" have serious attitude problems. If you want to be spoken down, treated rudely and have your dog or puppy terrified of the process of going to a groomer then this is where you should take your dog. If you want kind, compassionate and friendly people who actually love dogs, I would look elsewhere. Prior to today's visit and the one prior, I had wonderful experiences. Last time, I had a challenging experience and thought perhaps the specific groomer was just having a bad day (her name was Brandy). Today, when we arrived and parked in front of the store, my dog wouldn't let me get her out of the car. This is unlike her as she loved this place before, In fact, we did all three of her dog training programs with a lovely woman named Ann who our puppy, now dog absolutely adored. I can't recommend her enough. As I tried to coax my dog from the car today, she ran from the front seat to the backseat. Remembering last time had not been a great experience, I sensed it was worse than I thought. I had returned because I had decided to give the Petco groomers another opportunity by going to a different groomer. However, I was so taken aback by the woman groomer's behavior that I left before having my dog groomed (her name was Dillion). Plus, since this is during COVID times, I will also say the woman who was going to take my dog had her mask below her nose the whole time she was talking to me. Happy to report, I called and spoke to the new manager at the store, Jerry who was delightful. Apparently, he was newly assigned to this store to improve their customer service - I guess a known problem. He also suggested going to the Novato Petco for Grooming, as he used to be the manager there and his dog loved Trisha. Thank goodness I know this situation is going to be addressed! read more

Cannot emphasize enough to never go to this place for grooming or any other services. They are butchers. Could not believe when we picked up our dog and instead of giving him a puppy cut as requested, they shaved him to the bone. These people are obviously not groomers by trade, my guess is they hire people off the street with no training and pay them sub wages. Called to talk to the manager and a John came on the line and would not give me his last name or provide me with a way to send him a photo so he could see what was done. He proceeded to make me feel that it's most likely our fault assuming we probably requested that he be shaved. He was so insensitive I had to remind him that's he's dealing with a living being that people think of as their children. My daughter said do not shave him and emphasized that we wanted a puppy cut and not to shave him. They assured her they would not shave him but just give him a short cut. My daughter is not confrontational and did not say anything when she picked him up. But as a dog lover and experienced owner that has taken my dogs to be groomed for over 20 years to someone else, I feel it's important to warn others about not taking their beloved animals here. She is not well off and was trying to save a little money but there is no excuse for this. If they could not do the cut they should have told her so she could take him else where instead of torturing the poor dog by completely shaving him. Have to buy him a winter coat so he can go outside until it starts to grow. I will be paying for his cuts in the future so she does not have to jeopardize his safety by taking him to untrained, unprofessional and lazy hacks. read more

I have been bringing my dog loyally to Petco for grooming for 14 years. Through the years there has been excellent customer service and horrible customer service. I'm the type that takes the good with the bad. Bad things like like incredibly late pick up times, bad grooms, canceling on me at the last minute, etc. When I called to complain I asked for a discount a few times. One time I got a discount because the groomer actually cut my dogs paw. But I went back. As a loyal customer. One time a beginner Groomer actually cut one ear 2 inches higher than the other when they returned my dog to me. And one side of her groom was longer than the other. Another time was because they canceled on me at the last minute. Another time a manager told me it would only take two hours and it ended up being close to 3 1/2 hours for my dog to be groomed. My dog is 15 years old and she came out of that groom incredibly stressed and exhausted! There has been a huge turnover with the groomers. Not once. Not twice. But several times. But I was loyal. Always loyal. My complaints are valid! After all, my time is very important as well. And the health and safety of my dog is important as well. I called today to make another appointment for a groom they told me that I was no longer welcome to Petco anymore. This is horrible bad customer service. The manager Jerry on the phone was very rude to me. I explained to him I've been A loyal customer for 14 years and my complaints are valid. But he just cut me off when I was trying to explain myself. I am so angry and so hurt. This is horrible customer service!!! In this case, I guess the customer isn't always right which shows that they don't really care or respect my loyalty. How could they possibly be upset that I would want a discount after my dog was treated poorly so many times? I guess it is time for me to move on. Sorry to have to write this...DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR NAIL TRIMMING! I took my small dog here yesterday and she hasn't been able to walk since. The groomer obviously did not have the proper training. My advice is to spend the extra money and go to the vet. I have contacted the store manager, Alberto, and while he is willing to pay for any necessary vet bills, the trauma my dog is experiencing is very hard to watch. She is normally very active and athletic. Now she is confined to her bed. I'm heartbroken. read more

We went to check on a dog house for our boys and Michael who was in the floor helping someone immediately checked on us as soon as he was done with his existing customer. Michael not only answered questions he made a few suggestions and even called two other stores trying to help us locate the matching bed liner. In the end we found it was an online order item only but the fact he was willing to call the surrounding stores and get put on hold for us showed not only his patience but his desire to help us. He also informed us of the price match and the return policy if we weren't happy with our choice. We opted to purchase the XXL igloo house and happy with Michaels customer service. She called someone in aquatics and we waited for another 30 minutes. When I walked back up to the front to tell her that nobody had showed up in aquatics, she shrugged her shoulders and looked back at her phone. We walked out. Maybe the Petco in Novato will have a better customer experience? My friend was looking to purchase a fish and I was looking to check out their grooming center. It's a chain. Ergo, you're not going to get the attention to detail, the knowledge, and the quality that smaller places like Petfood Express or Pet Pro. And as such, I avoid it in favor of those local businesses, but since I was down in that neck of the woods, the mutt was in the car and had annihilated most of his toys, I decided to get him a few new ones. Tons of toys - most of them cheap junk - but a couple of good finds. (they actually had Tuffy's stuff in stock, at decent prices!) As someone else pointed out, their aquarium looked rather unattended, and there were indeed a couple of floaters in one of the tanks. I was tempted to batter 'em and fry up some chips to go with... Aggrivating checkout lines - caused in part by ol' fart customers (why do I ALWAYS get stuck behind one?!) who come armed with coupons for 50 cans of catfood, and in part by the guys at the checkout who don't know how to enter stuff. (I browsed and snagged toys in 5 minutes, waited in line for twice that - behind one customer!) Aside from the delay in checking out this place has what you need for your pet, it is Petco after all. They have a "snack bar" for dogs (not humans) bulk litter, fish in small plastic things, toys, everything! They also have a grooming place, which I will not use as I have a cat. They also have a cat adoption on the weekends, I am usually against getting a cat form a pet store, but these cats are brought in just for adoption. They are rescued, spayed/neutered, microchipped and ready for you. We got a great cat yesterday, she has gone between sleeping to excited to baked off catnip for the last 24 hours. She is great. I have a Keeshond. I took him in last Saturday with instruction to bathe, thoroughtly brush out, and only clip his butthole and toe pads. 5 hours later, he looked exactly like he did when I dropped him off. He smelled faintly like a powder puff, but none of the clipping I asked for was done. Obviously they didn't use the proper brush, because when I got home, I raked him for 1 hour and pulled out an entire trash bag of fur. It was even matted under his collar. I don't think they took it off of him, if they even washed him at all. Worst, they called him a Chow! How are you supposed to groom a dog, if you don't even remember what kind of dog it is? Chows and Keeshonds are nothing alike and don't even look similar! $51 wasted read more

I am an evacuee stuck in the Motel 6 in San Rafael because I had to flee Sonoma County. I got the last room here. When I called and asked if they take pets, they replied, "We take anything!" I am forever grateful because I have 5 cats, 2 huge dogs and a talking parrot. I went to Petco to purchase pet food, pet toys and new leashes. These incredibly kind people gave me every possible discount AND hugs. We need more humans with this kind of humanistic behavior. I will be forever in their debt. read more

I have now taken my lhasapoo to this location in San Rafael. The first time, my friend took her for bath and haircut. I am mobility challenged and have a tough time bringing her and my friend is kind enough to help me out. Since I had never been before, I didn't get a full impression of how the business was run. The result was fairly good and since it was the first time my dog had been, it was ok. I tried to get her again when I made the second appointment, but she was done by Dillon and she looked really good, the drop off and pick up went without any problem. So a third appointment was made to see Dillon. I had to bring her myself which is not easy for me, but I made it. Dillon was there and took Evie at her 11 o'clock appointment time and Dillon said it would be an hour to hour and a half. When I was called she let me know that Evie was ready and I was shocked that it was only an hour, but ok, that was fine. When I arrived at about 12:10, there was no sign of anyone there and no one answered when I called out to get an answer. After a bit, I decided to call the phone number to see if I could get my dog but no answer. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes, Called the general number and also got no answer. Meanwhile, my dog knew I was there and crying for me but I was not going to inappropriately go in and get her. My mobility issues make it really hard to get around and to have to go out into the general part of the store was not an option. Finally, someone who had on an apron and was followed by a young Asian girl came and proceeded to tell me that the groomer was supposed to tell a manager so someone was to be there. He made all kinds of apologies which was nice, but I thought this was a poorly run business at any rate. I complained about the wait and the absence of anyone while my dog was crying to get to me and I had to let her cry for the whole wait time. I had not made any sounds but she sensed or smelled me. That was very hard to deal with. So the guy in the apron realized he needed to make some kind of amends and gave me a discount, which I never asked for, but thanked him for that. Luckily, I was using my walker and could sit in it, otherwise I had no where to sit. Also not good customer service. So I had been set to leave Dillon a tip on the $57 charge and planned to give a total of $65, however, I gave her $5 ( she had come back from lunch by then) only and should not even have given a tip for service above or beyond. Dillon could have said something when she called to notify me that she was ready, but apparently it does not occur to her that she just told me I could come and get my dog. So I leave there 45 minutes after all this, not at all happy, and when I could really look at my girl, I found a small amount of dried blood above her right eye. Also her feet were not trimmed and in fact looked dirty. Hard to tell whether her nails were clipped. The whole thing was disappointing and BEWARE of making an appointment close to the lunch hour. That's what I can assume made her appointment time so seemingly fast for a good bath and cut. I am reticent to make the appointment I booked for six weeks out and will probably cancel. read more

I cancelled my appointment because of the terrible environment that I saw when dropping my dog off. I was not going to put my dog through the torment and malpractice that I saw. When I first went into the place, there was a multitude of open scissors and electric shavers left on the edge of grooming tables. The cords were also left on the ground which could have easily tripped anyone or a dog. The environment was disastrous with fur left behind and random crap on the grooming tables and floors. There was only one attendant who was handling another dog. She told me that my groomer went on lunch break. My groomer was not prompt for my appointment so I couldn't even speak to her about how I wanted my dog groomed. I waited for her for a few minutes, but after seeing the actions of how the attendant was "taking care" of the dogs it was not worth anymore of my time. The way she handle dogs was extremely concerning. She left a dog unattended who apparently had issues to help a walk in and never checked back with the unattended dog. The walk in left his dog in her care, asking for a nail trimming. She brought the dog back in and started to check me in. As she was checking me in, she went to go clip the dogs nails, but the way she was handling the dog made the dog scream and yelp in pain. She stated that most dogs do not like their nails clipped, but what I saw was improper use of handling the dog's leg. She wasn't leveled with the dog's feet and started clipping the nails in a crouching position, bending and pulling the leg out of its shoulder socket. I understand most dogs do not like their nails clipped; however, that position looked extremely painful and I am certain that most dogs do not scream in agonizing pain when getting their nails clipped. She stated she was handling the dog's leg correctly, but she WAS NOT. I have experience due to my dog having 8 years of hip dyspepsia and now has shoulder arthritis. She didn't even know how to properly hold a small dog with hip dyspepsia. I asked if she had any training or if I could speak to a manager, but apparently she was the manager and she stated she did have training. This is even more concerning because now I am curious what kind of training this person even had and why a manager sent her assistant off to lunch knowing that she had booked me and another person at the same time, had a walk in, plus the other dog was still left unattended. No wonder why Petco has you sign that they are not responsible for any injuries. She could of caused serious injuries to my dog and put her through the same pain. I will be filing a complaint for this grooming malpractice. They even called me later to come back and book another appointment on a different day where it was less hectic. They were not apologetic about the environment, the treatment of the other animals, or even my situation. I've got to say I'm disappointed. Took my bosses dog in. Not a difficult dog to do as he is a golden retriever ! Came back with lopsided haircut , some long hairs sticking up between his paws and legs, some areas look like they chopped off hair and others got left long ( same quarter of legs just different sides , almost like they forgot to do a side ). Looks hacked and uneven!!!!! Only good part is that he smells clean but the worse lopsided hair cut . Dog walker came and asked what happened " did the 3 year twins give him a hair cut!!!!!!" So surprised as last time they groomed him they did a great job. This time it's horrible!!! I've tried my best to ignore the hassle it is to schedule a simple nail trim. I can only leave voicemails and they never call back the same day. Not even the next day. I've called on a Monday and get a call back on a Friday. Last year a young associate there was always the one giving my dog a nail trim and every time she bled. I didn't notice once at first (only when I looked in my backseat and it was covered in blood) and stopped at VCA on 4th street so they could stop the bleeding.-I did inform the groomer and she gave me a free nail trim for next time, couldn't refund me. She also wrote a note on my dogs file that the next time she bleeds they won't see her anymore. These are professionals? I forgave her because my dogs nails are black and perhaps that's too difficult. I haven't seen her since and my current encounters have been mediocre as well. Today was the last straw, I scheduled this appointment on Sunday 4/18 and they give me a call at 7:30am today 4/20 to tell me the groomer cancelled her nail trim appointment at 10:30am and she will call back to reschedule. Never got a call back. I mean you know it's bad if you're reluctant to leave your dog alone with them when they tell you to go pay. This store is also filthy, has low stock, and the customer service is awful. I work in retail so I understand the quality it should be and I always make sure to greet the employees there and wish them a good day. The only reason I went is because I moved from Novato to SR. The Novato location is amazing, clean, always fully stocked, and literally has the best employees who actually care about animals. read more

I stopped by this Petco again to check out some things for my dog and my cat, while, being an avid aquarist, I thought I might check out their fish section as well to see if their conditions have improved since the last time I've been here. NOPE!!! Still the same... in fact, actually worse. I've never seen so many fishtanks this infested. Don't buy anything from the wall of tanks to the very right (can't remember if there was 6 or 9 tanks, but each segment of the wall of tanks share the same water). Take a close look at the fish in there... see little salt like spots on them? That's Ich. Also some with tattered/frayed fins? That's finrot. Finrot is pretty much a sign of stressed out unhealthy fish but Ich is highly contagious. You put one of these fish in your tank, they will infect your entire fishtank. Second and Third wall of fishtanks are no better. The one on the very left, containing Cichlids, seemed to be better although there was one tank on the very top right of this wall where virtually all fish in that tank had nonexistent fins because of extreme finrot and/or some serious nippy aggressive fish in there. Seriously, Petco, is it THAT hard or expensive for you to medicate your tanks??? Because I have a bottle of Ich medicine that I bought when I thought one of my fish had Ich but turned out to be not... I will gladly donate it to you, and even offer some of my own time to medicate them. No, really.... is it really that hard to treat those fish... I know they are pretty much perishable garbage to you that is easily replaceable but they are all alive and if only you would keep them in better shape, they will have a long happy life ahead of them in some fish-lover's tank and will boost your sales. le sigh. I like the non-live part of the store a lot... they have good selection of food, treats, dog fashion, toys, etc and I've noticed some steep discounts for off-season stuff which is nice and I might come back to. However I refuse to give them a higher rating than 1 star because of their unethical treatment of live merchandise at their store. I really, truly believe that a store does not have the right to carry live animals, however small they may be, if they don't know or don't care to keep them healthy. This Petco might as well stop carrying live fish. It doesn't look like they are making a lot of sale off that section at that rate anyway and re-stocking sick fish only to kill them and re-order seems to be a giant waste of money, let alone the maintenance and electricity/water cost of all those tanks. read more

I have a Siamese fighting fish, a BETA.. who I was ironically gonna name Alpha but, I thought that would just be a bit too cute. So I call my little Beta fish Belly. Like the movie. That means my Beta would whip your Beta's ass. 6:00pm Fight Night My House Be There My Beta against your Beta Winner takes all. Oh, I'm diverging. Sorry. Seriously, though. PETCO has everything a pet owner could need. I used to have a cat, and bought my cat litter, cat food and everything else here. They have much of the same brands that local vets carry anyhow, especially when it comes to the low ash cat food options. Plus, their prices are pretty good, especially with the PALS card. They even have some good all natural odor removers. Usually, it's difficult to find the natural pet food options at chains like this, but, PETCO does a nice job of carrying a variety of pet food at good prices. And, they've got cute little toys and even doggie sweaters (most of which are poly stuff), although most of them are too big for smaller dogs like chi- hu's. And, they don't carry harnesses for smaller dogs here either. read more

We brought our dog here for her Rabies and other shots, having made an appointment with the Vetco Division in the San Rafael store. In the store, the floor was wet and my husband slipped on the floor with our dog on the leash hitting a sharp shelf on the way down and he started bleeding. Employees were nearby but they just look at my husband, noticed he was bleeding and handed him a roll of paper towels. Then our dog urinated on the floor and the employees just continued to look, said nothing, not assisting, not asking "are you alright?" . After the incident, I provided feedback on the website and a couple of weeks later the DM called and left a message, asking for a call back- I called back and left a message, never got a call from him. Then I had a question about one of the tests that was done, I called their off-shore call center, and a month later, and 2 months after the incident, I received a call back for that issue. Most retailers would have been more prompt in responding, maybe offering a gift card or some gesture? Nope, just sorry about that..... That's the last trip we will take to Petco. read more

Ugh. I wish I would have read the grooming reviews BEFORE I brought my dog in. I brought her in several months ago, so I'm hoping management has addressed the issues. If you have, please let me know and I'd be happy to give you another shot. I've had good experiences with other petco grooming centers, so when we moved here, I just set up an appointment. I dropped my girl off and was told it would be an hour. When I called later to double check before driving down, I was told they were swamped and she wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. No big deal. However, when I picked her up, after 3 hours, it didn't look like she'd even been bathed. Seriously, her foot was still dirty. Toenails were not trimmed. Fir was not clipped. The real kicker - they charged me a random extra fee for extra combing time. Again, I would have gladly paid it except that she didn't look at all groomed and was still shedding. From now on I'll drive up to Novato. read more

Recently bought a goldfish and 3 other small fish. The 3 small fish died the next day. I go back to the store thinking I'd get new ones. I find some possibilities but then notice ... Horrors- there's a big DEAD fish in the corner looking like its been there a few days. Then I look closely at another tank and there's ANOTHER dead fish. Obviously, these tanks are not being cared for properly. Didn't they notice? Or care? A few days later my new goldfish is dead. I've had my aquarium for years and know how to take care of fish so when they die like that, something is going on with their fish. Beware. read more

I've been to the store several times, and my only complaint is that sometimes there are not enough people working to help out. However; Today the staff made up for it in spades! Very specifically Mary and Amanda went above and beyond spending time with me and showing me the most popular cat toys, scratching posts and how to reach your cat positive behaviors. They showed me items that their own cats love. They spent time helping me pick out a cat tree which was a big purchase for me today. They were so helpful. They have a price checking program to make sure you get the best price and they will match or beat any price online. The store manager was also tremendously friendly and helpful. I just can't say enough good things about my experience in the store today and the exceptional staff who work really hard there! read more
