I appreciate everyone from the front office staff who kindly remind us of upcoming appts, to the dental hygienists who clean our teeth and remind us to floss properly, to Dr. Rojas who takes care of our dental health so professionally and thoroughly. Dr. Rojas referred my younger daughter to her orthodontist and both girls to the surgeon who removed their wisdom teeth. Any time I've needed more urgent attention (like chipping a filling), they have fitted me into the week's schedule quickly. There are 2 dentists working in this office. I saw Peter first and was given a dental plan as to what was needed to fix my bottom teeth. Second visit I saw the woman dentist and was given a totally different dental plan .i was very confused as to who was giving me the correct plan of action. I had 2 crowns done and a deep cleaning done. 2 weeks later when I saw second dentist she said I needed a deep cleaning done that I just had done . I can only come to the conclusion that they make a lot of money $283 for cleaning. I am not going back for more I have lost trust in there services.The girl that cleaned my teeth did a wonderful job. read more

Proper handling of customer social security numbers. Gave both mine and my wife's to them for processing an appt and they never got entered into the system. Then the Office Manager tried to insinuate I was playing games. Bottom line. I wouldn't have them handle a parking pass to a parking lot. Absolutely no clue about customer service. Period read more

I am "that" patient. The patient who is difficult to heal and has weird issues with my teeth. My husband recommended this office because he had gone to Dr. Igler years ago. I was seen by Dr. Rojas and I will recommend her to anyone! She is amazing. Compassionate and caring, but also straight to the point and the things we can try to fix my ongoing issues. (She healed one completely and immediately about three years ago that had stumped two previous dentists.) Her staff/dental assistants are also amazing. It's like coming home and having a quck chat with your cousins, except these cousins are extra-knowledgeable. They'll put you right at ease. And the manage to do that while getting patients in quickly. At the front desk Cindy and Blanca are friendly and have all the info you need about insurance, etc. Casey and Selena are usually my and my children's dental assistants and again - nothing but great things to say. Friendly, gentle, get right to what you need. Dr. Rojas has been amazingly patient with me. I'd be sick of me at this point. I AM sick of me at this point. She's that blend of to the point but compassionate that you want in a doctor. Everyone at this office puts you at ease...if you're someone who is wary of the dentist you'll be relaxed by this team. I am very scared of the COVID-19 because I am elderly with a number of pre-existing conditions including asthma. Since the re-opening, I was hesitating to resume with my dental care. However, I take pride in having all my teeth, so I kept my bi-annual dental appointment. I was foolish to fear. Dr. Igler, Dr. Rojas and staff are up-to-date with all the latest information on the virus and its prevention. Cindy was doing the screening when I got there. She is thorough and efficient. All the staff has the appropriate PPE and is up to date on the latest safety procedures. I felt fully confident under their care. As before the scourge, they are competent, efficient, and make you feel comfortable. Maria, my oral hygienist, showed me how they have streamlined their procedures, so no worries about fomites. Hands down BEST staff! I have been going to Dr Igler and Dr Rojas now for over 25 years. And even though I have been living in Chino Hills for over 22 years, I have NEVER once thought about finding someone closer. Their office is beautiful, and always cleaner then even the highest standards. I had my two boys start there when they had their first teeth coming in. Normally kids don't enjoy going to see a dentist, but both mine were, and still are always excited about seeing Dr. Rojas and the staff. We are always treated with such kindness, When my oldest son was diagnosed with brain cancer and needed 30 treatments of radiation, Dr Rojas reached out to us to make sure we (as parents) were doing okay and to check on Preston to be sure the radiation wasn't affecting his teeth. With everything else going on at that time, I never would have thought about that. We are forever blessed with this office! read more

I have been going to this practice for almost 40 years, and no, they are not old drs lol, Dr Igler was just really young when he bought the practice from the prior dentist. I constantly get compliments about my teeth, and I give them a lot of credit! Anyway, the staff is great, everyone from the top all the way down are wonderful! I see Dr. Igler who has high standards and it reflects in his work. My husband went to an out of state dental provider for a cleaning and check up after having been a patient of Dr. igler for years, and the temporary dentist said he had done good work. I never wait for more than 5 minutes for an appointment. They are awesome at trying to get you in sooner if you need it. They know their clients and welcome you with a smile. They were willing to bill me for the part of my services that I couldn't pay for right at that moment so I didn't have to put it on my credit card.
