While I was out of town on July 12, 2026, I developed severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. As soon as I returned, I scheduled an emergency appointment for July 15. I also had a previously scheduled deep cleaning appointment for July 16. During my emergency visit, the female dentist appeared to minimize my concerns. Instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, she asked whether I had seen an endodontist for a referral from a year earlier and questioned a shadow in my gums that had existed for over 30 years on the opposite side of my mouth. I requested X-rays, and a 360-degree scan was performed. After reviewing the images, she told me everything looked fine, that I had no cavities, gave me Sensodyne toothpaste for tooth sensitivity, and said I was cleared to proceed with my deep cleaning the following day. Later that same day, the office coordinator called and told me they wanted me to see the endodontist before my cleaning. I went to the appointment, and within five minutes the endodontist identified a cavity. My primary dentist confirmed the finding and recommended that my wisdom tooth be extracted. I was extremely upset that my condition had been missed during my emergency visit. I asked to speak with the female dentist who had evaluated me, but she was unavailable. I scheduled the extraction for July 17, 2026. Because I had previously had a successful experience using nitrous oxide during another tooth extraction, I requested it again to help manage my anxiety. I was numbed for the procedure and was told I was receiving nitrous oxide, but I never felt its effects. I noticed the dental assistant was on the phone for much of the procedure, and it appeared that no one ensured the nasal cannula was properly positioned. I informed both the oral surgeon and the assistant that I did not feel like I was receiving the nitrous oxide, but my concerns were dismissed. I remained anxious throughout the procedure, and the extraction was ultimately unsuccessful. I left the office emotional, traumatized, and deeply disappointed. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. As healthcare providers, listening to patients is essential. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and felt they were ignored every step of the way. I will not be returning to this office. I also plan to verify that my insurance was not billed for procedures that were not completed, including the deep cleaning and the unsuccessful tooth extraction. I hope this review encourages the office to improve communication, patient care, and attention to patient concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.

He got numerous X-rays and MRIs. He even had fusion surgery done on his neck because we thought the cause was due to a budging disc - that didn't do anything. We were also patients of Blue House at the time. Due to a change of insurance, we switched to Renov Dental Group. On the very first visit, Dr. Yi pointed out something unusual on the Xray. She referred my husband to Dr. Gray who further identified issues with my husband's narrow airway (result of lower jaw surgery in his earlier years). My husband ended up having jaw surgery again. It's been 6 weeks and a lot of the symptoms he suffered in the last 10 years appear to have subside. Out of all the specialists we saw, Dr. Yi was the one who identified the root that no one else was able to. We are so thankful and grateful to her. She is truly talented in her craft, diligent, and has genuine compassion.

I'll start by saying that this Dentist was highly recommended for good reason. I drive in excess of 30 minutes to get to this location. Mind you, there are probably over 20 other options that I pass during the drive. I arrive on time and wait for over 20 minutes. When I was called, I received the routine x-rays (No acknowledgment of the wait). I was told to wait up front and I would be called when a room was available. I returned to the waiting room and spent some more time waiting. She returned and called me back. Upon entering the room, I asked about the scheduled procedure for the day. The employee immediately gave me an attitude and stated it's a routine cleaning. I questioned the timing and informed her that I have a 30 minute drive and just wanted to get an idea of the length of time. She became very defensive and had an attitude with me. Rather than engaging with an angry and aggressive hygienist, I immediately ended the appointment. There ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I was about to allow any individual to perform any "professional" services on me. She generally seems pretty miserable but this was too much. I refuse to make a lengthy drive, passing countless other options to be treated by a miserable seeming person with an attitude issue. I'll find somewhere close to home and save on time and gas. Not only was Dr Bui professional, he was understanding of the pain I had and assured me everything will be ok, even offering options for the future to put me at ease. The whole staff is very professional and attentive, from the front office to the dental assistants and the hygienist goes above and beyond to provide extremely professional care and detailed communication. You can tell she has years of experience and knows what she is doing. Sometimes we take for granted this field of industry and only think of ourselves and our needs. These people help hundreds and hundreds of people every day and we think we are the only ones who need help and because we paying, we are entitled to think they need to drop everything they are doing to help us.
