My dog is very sweet but also extremely timid and sensitive, and Billy has always been so patient, gentle, and kind. He treats every dog like they're part of his own family, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He never rushes them and always makes sure they're comfortable and feel safe. Not only does my dog always come home looking absolutely adorable, but he's also calm and happy after every visit. That says everything to me. Billy is also incredibly accommodating whenever he can be, even when I need an appointment on short notice. He's professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners.
