I don't even get home from work until 3:30 so I would not schedule that appointment (and the first time I went there, my appointment was also at 4). All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. When I picked my dog up I was even given a handmade Christmas ornament with clippings from my dogs grooming session inside.
