My baby had surgery there they left the port in him arm, I went on my lunch break and the time they gave me he was not ready 45 minutes later. They got the port out and he had dried poop on him I gave him a bath the day before. I asked to speak to someone she was gone for the day they said her name is Vicky. So I called the next day and no one still have not got back with me. They should have not let my baby come home with poop on him upset I am. What if I didn't notice the port in his arm tthey tried to give an excuse but that shouldn't have happened. They would have been closed when I got home to drop him off an go back to work. After being a loyal customer since 2021, 2022 with no issues, I hate to say do not bring your pets here. They now engage in bait-and-switch pricing and harbor openly racist staff. I took my dog here for an annual vaccine and an allergy shot. The doctor quoted me a total of $277 and even wrote that exact amount on the invoice. When I got to the front desk, they tried to charge me $402. The receptionist went to check with the doctor, who openly admitted she gave me the $277 quote and even noted she calculated it three times. I was completely willing to pay the amount I was quoted, but they refused to honor it. The girl at the front desk went to the back to grab a staff member named Juan who aggressively told me "it's not his fault the doctor quoted me the $277".. Ok, well it's not my fault either.. When I insisted on paying the $277, Juan escalated the conflict and made an incredibly hateful, racist comment, telling me not to pay anything because "Black people want everything for free anyway." Bear in mind, I was standing there literally trying to pay the agreed-upon amount. The blatant discrimination and gaslighting from Juan was disgusting. Afterward, another woman claimed to be the manager, but the damage was already done. This level of disrespect toward paying customers is unacceptable. When I first found this clinic, my dogs were referred here after testing positive for heartworms. Initially, the staff was amazing--everyone was welcoming and knew exactly who my dogs and I were. After paying over $2,000 for treatment, communication completely stopped. No one ever called to confirm whether the follow-up test results were positive or negative. When the clinic moved locations, I repeatedly called over the course of two months to schedule a follow-up appointment. My calls went unanswered, and although I left multiple voicemails, I never received a callback. I finally got through today, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The woman who answered was rude and dismissive, quickly insisting that if I had left a voicemail, someone would have returned my call--which clearly did not happen. When I asked questions about treatment pricing, she said only her manager could provide that information and that the manager wouldn't be back until the 3rd. When I asked for the manager's name, she hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially after spending thousands of dollars on care for my pets. I have attached screenshots showing the calls I made over the past two months. everyone was nice and friendly but it seems the ladies in the front greeting and taking the list of names/ weights, (not the cashiers desk) are not to educated on the specifics vaccines people are requesting! I am boarding my pups for a few days and need specific shots for my dogs. I specifically asked about both strands of the Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8). She so confidently said it was included in the DHL4PP. I get home and i fond out it is NOT included. Very disappointed in our Last visit. Looks like some vaccine education will be needed for FOH. Horrible Service My pet had an appointment for 11:30am, I go and check in at 11:25am, ended up waiting an hour and a half after my appointment before I decided to leave. They kept telling me that I was next in line to be called. At 2pm they decide to call me and say they're ready to see my dog. Told them I left because I had other things to do and that I thought setting an appointment would have priority over walk-in vaccinations, they made excuse after excuse as to why they were incompetent. Will never go back, they don't even answer the phone when you call them. DON'T BOTHER SETTING AN APPOINTMENT HERE. THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE APPOINTMENTS. This clinic may be low cost for spaying & neutering, & even vaccinations, but they will squeeze you for every dollar they can get from you, if you choose to allow them to "care" for your fur baby. We adopted a boy cat from Craig's List, who turned out to be riddled with problems. Most of them, I discovered & brought to their attention. After they squeezed his bladder for a urinalysis(totally acceptable) they placed him back in the soft sided, sheepskin lined duffle bag type of carrier we brought him in & let him FINISH URINATING in the carrier. Since he had urinary problems, the odor was intense. They gave him 2 of the expensive long acting antibiotic injections for $80 each. When they were the WRONG antibiotic for his type of infection. After spending close to $1000.00 at this clinic we paid $4 for a prescription for Hills Prescription C/D food. I've never known a place that charged for a written prescription. But the worst part was, the food gave him a raging case of diarrhea!! So we needed another prescription. NO refund for the food that made him sick. NO refund for the $4 written prescription. We have to pay another $4 for a different prescription for food that won't make him sick!! $4 is not a lot of money, but this whole experience has left both my boy cat & myself with a very bad taste in our mouths. Beware. This place basically extorts money from people looking for lower prices. The low cost part of this clinic can get very costly if they want it to. You walk in and they dont give you a time. Was in my car waiting for hours & still had to wait inside. ABSOLUTELY CRUEL!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Put my 17 year old dog down here. They took him to run an IV and wouldn't let me come. I could hear him howling in pain and they refused to let me back to calm him. Refused to give me access to my own dog that was writhing in pain!! Dr comes in the room and curtly tells me to put the dog down because he is ready to begin. RUDE!! No bedside manner whatsoever. Tried to put him down and it didn't work, said the IV was bad so they took him away again. Came in with second IV in a second leg. Tried to inject and said it wasn't working. They took him away again. Dr blames his staff and says he counts on them but they are no good with older dogs and thin veins. He's clearly irritated because it's closing time at this point. I can hear him scolding his staff to hurry along on the other side of the door. A couple minutes later they show up and my dog is dead. Mysteriously the IV all the sudden worked, when they already told me it had been too long and it didn't work. I'm fairly positive they suffocated him because they were tired of trying and they made it clear it was closing time and they were ready to leave. As if this wasn't all bad enough, she walks into the room with my limp dog and smacks his head into the door HARD!!!! IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!!!! We have taken the many dogs we have owned to the mobile clinics and the clinic for years. We boarded our dogs for the first time last week. Our 140 pound Bull Mastiff Phin and our 26 pound Brussels Griffon Baxter, both rescues. They both received excellent care while boarding. I highly recommend this Pet Clinic, they truly love and care for animals, you see it as they talk to you and your pet. Dr. Mike and Dr. Henson worked together to save my daughter and son in laws dog Bruiser after his kidneys and liver were failing in December 2018 and he is alive today because of their excellent care. Have been around and around with them for years. They will tell you that if your dogs 3 year rabies shot (with proof of previous vaccinations) is one day late it reverts to a 1 year shot and that is not true. My biggest beef is that one of my dogs got out and a nearby vet snapped him up. There was a problem with his chip but he had on his Petmobile tags. Petmobile refused to tell another veterinary professional where the dog belonged for three days. They have a long history of not playing well with others. read more

I had tried more upscale places in Dallas only to find higher pricing and poor service. This place *does* struggle with loooong wait times, even with an appointment, (my last appointment took 2.5 hours!) but at least they actually take their time with each pet. This place is the absolute worst. They do have really good prices for surgery and shots when they have a shot clinic. But alas, you get what you pay for here. They are absolutely disorganized and you will wait a long, long time to get your paperwork taken and reviewed so prepare yourself for the wait. . Today they had my dog which we dropped off for a cherry eye surgery (we had done here before on the other eye) So the other eye: We signed the dog up for a lid tuck to fix the cherry eye. It turns out the doctor has given her a 3rd eye lid removal which is an old school and provenly flawed method to fix cherry eye even though we told them we wanted it tucked! We didn't know they had done this despite our instructions to the contrary until it was too late. Like we literally learned that today 2 months later!! Now the dog will need eye drops to help moisturize her eye for the rest of her life and she's less than a year old. This 2nd eye today: So this morning at 7:30 we arrived to drop off the dog... why IDK because the vet doesn't even get there until after 9:30 they said but whatever maybe my dog was first? Who knows. .... anyhow we had to wait 30 minutes while they reviewed paperwork that we had already done the day before. Giving us one more paper that is apparently "new", That gave us the choice in writing to chose 1. removal of eyelid or 2. tucked eyelid . We chose tucked. AGAIN. Seeing no issues they took the dog. Once we gave them our dog we left for work assuming that she would have this procedure we chose for her done by 2-3pm. We were not told until after 3 o'clock that they had not done the surgery because we signed to have the lid "tucked" and NOT REMOVED like they did last time against our consent !.. we were told the doctor does NOT do the tucked procedure (what planet is this... is this bizarro land).... and he only does the older removal and they attempted to call to get a verbal consent for the procedure we did Not want done!. Ok riddle me this: WHY TELL US THE TUCK IS WHAT WILL BE DONE IN THE INITIAL OFFICE VISIT? AS WELL, WHY TELL US WE MUST CHECK OFF WHICH OF THE 2 CHERRY EYE PROCEDURES WE WANT TO HAVE DONE THE MORNING OF SURGER IF THE DOC ONLY DOES ONE SURGERY AND ITS THE ONE WE DO NOT WANT!!?? AND WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY WAIT UNTIL HOURS AFTER WE DROPPED THE DOG OFF TO ATTEMPT TO DISCUSS THIS WITH US WHILE WE ARE AT WORK??! It's ALL asinine! ANIMAL LIVES MATTER! When we were slightly upset that our dog had been locked up all day long in a crate without food or water for hours and our personal time of about 3 hours that day was complete wasted only to have to go have the surgery we want done elsewhere ; AND when we were not even told there was not a real choice when asked to choose which procedure we wished to have done, the office manager Juan Carlos UNBELIEVABLY told my wife who is a school teacher, "wow I feel sorry for the kids in your class." He literally said this to her over the phone! Super classy and respectful! This place apparently treats the paying customers as poorly as they treat the pets that are under the care of what I'm assuming is it Vet, because we never actually see one not even at the initial office visit!.... and if it's anything like what we have seen in previous visits it's likely a vet tech doing the surgery IMO. When I asked to speak with either the vet or Juan Carlos they were "unavailable" in person. So.... This is a hard pass! Pay a bit more possibly and get treated properly. You and your pet deserve better. Message me and I can refer you to better places for the same or lower prices. OH And.... apparently they don't let anyone use their bathrooms! Super nice touch when you're forced to wait 40 mins to pick up your dog after sitting in rush hour traffic. Also last time we picked up our dog 2 months ago there was a man who carried in his dying Rottweiler to be euthanized they told him in front of us that "you don't have an appointment so we can't see you today" despite him being a long time client as he pointed out.
