The staff was super friendly and helpful. You will find a lot of brands that you don't see in the super-pet stores that we used to frequent. Having a doodle means a certain style of grooming, but we just needed her to be short all over and she's the only groomer that didn't question our decision and did exactly like we asked. It took only a few minutes for them to get us a bag and Arrow also mentioned that we get 25% off treats, toys and food that could be used with the same year. What a steal! Not only was it clearly NOT her tooth(the size is too small), but the fact that they are just handing out random teeth proves they have zero control or oversight of the dogs in their day care. Whose tooth was that? What actually happened in that room? Combine this terrifying lack of supervision with a staff that was incredibly rude and unapologetic, and you have a recipe for disaster. Just like any other PetSmart store, I ever visited. The really kind saleswoman, Amanda, was very helpful as we discussed the best way to get a hair mat out of a cat. My poor guy has several hair mats, and he can become spicy when attempting to groom. I purchased some calming treats and a grooming glove for my hand. Amanda suggested some treats to calm him down so I would be able to groom him. Time will tell. The parking lot had a security speaker loudly announcing to watch out and lock your car and don't leave valuables in it. Like a really loud announcement in the parking lot. Sort of leads me to think this parking lot can be dangerous. (?) Will I come back here? Yes. Probably if I needed something specific and didn't want to wait for a Chewy delivery. SYOY.
