Over that time they've cared for three of our dogs: Lily, our brindle sweetheart; Nova, my brilliant Catahoula rescue; and now Blondie, our playful pit-husky mix. Blondie currently attends daycare two or three days a week and boards there when we travel. Overall we've had many good experiences. The dogs get exercise, socialization, and the staff clearly knows them well. But the real reason we remain loyal clients is Wendy Hudgins. Over the years there have been a couple situations where things didn't go exactly as expected. Those moments are when you find out what a business is really made of. Wendy has repeatedly stepped in with professionalism, calm leadership, and genuine care. She takes ownership, communicates openly, and clearly cares about the animals and the families who trust them to Pet Paradise. There were times she even proactively called to let us know about something happening so we were never left wondering. That kind of accountability and transparency matters. I was referred there by my mom we went out of town for a family vacation last week, I was told my…read moredog would have playtime with my mom's dogs 2 hours a day split up an hour at a time and I can look at the camera on the website and they would add notes to the chart so I would be let know when to get on the web cam. That did not happen, they knew my dog is very nervous and I wanted to check on her while I was gone. I called to see what the issue was and was told they would fix it so I can log in and see my dog with my mother's dogs playing. When I did the girl who is to be watching the dogs was in her phone the whole time. After this day I never heard back from them so I had to call the next day to check on my dog, I was told there would be daily reports that would go out. Lastly when I returned from my trip the price quoted was not what I paid so I asked my mom what she paid and that happened to be what I was supposed to pay. I asked them why I'm paying higher and they said they had a price increase and my mom was grandfathered in for being a long time customer. So I payed double what my mom paid. I let them know about all the other issues I spoke about above they told me they would pull the cameras and be in touch with me and I still haven't heard back. I returned from my trip last Thursday.

Mia needs daily medications and subcutaneous fluids, and Ann is able to administer them all perfectly. Because she's older, I tend to worry, and Ann sends me text messages and pictures so I know she's okay. This really helps me feel more comfortable and gives me peace of mind. When I get home, I can always tell by her coat that she's been well taken care of and had plenty of affection (she stops grooming when she's stressed and her coat shows it, but when Ann comes she's always super soft).
