She has very difficult hair to do and she had some mats from the winter, but she knows she looks good now lol

my dog Mila really needed a grooming and pets Paradise was able to fit her in. They were super nice and Mila had a great time and it may be the best grooming she's ever had. And it's a great pet shop as well to explore. Thanks to the team at Paradise!!!

Great guy! Hometown feel inside. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were right in line with others. The owner I assume even waited for me to pick out a bird after closing time. I arrived 20 minutes after closing and thought I just missed him. He kept his word as did I and we picked Heather, a parakeet for my daughter. I now know how to tell if birds are male or female thanks to him. Awesome place!!!!

    Fox cut.

Small mom & pop/ locally owned and operated pet grooming and supplies. Their prices are unbeatable for legit dog grooming. They take great care of your pup and take their time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Usually takes about 2 hours or so for full grooming/ wash/ cut (depending on the size, I have a Pomeranian). They will call you when your pup is ready to be picked up. Or your can call them for an update. The parking lot is a bit small, but there is street parking. They accept cards, but I like to pay and tip in cash money honey.

This is Monte he's 15 years old just had a birthday and being pampered was his present plus he got a beautiful day at home

My dog Lobo somehow always knows when it's bath time lol... but he takes it like a champ and of course gets treats on the way out, so he's not too mad about it. We also did training there with Heidi from Canefida and she's great. Super patient, easy to talk to, and really knows what she's doing. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense and you can tell she cares about the dogs and the owners. Lobo loved her and was always excited to go to class. Lobo's take: "bath was questionable... treats made up for it. training was solid, I'm basically a professional now." Overall just a really good spot. Good products, good people, and a nice place to train your dog too.

And, although their prices are higher than most other companies, this has brought the prices down to being nearly the same. They just introduced a "customer reward" program that requires the customer's name and phone number, and their b-3-g-4 requires this information now. It's a shame that while our privacy is getting harder to protect, here is another way it's being taken. It was difficult to decide on a rating, because their products and service are consistently so good. But, since this new policy prevents my ever going back, I guess a one star is warranted.

Tonight, I came in for my usual 2 bags of dry kibble. There were no shopping carts available!!! I looked around the store and noticed that the majority of shopping carts were being used by the employees to store misc go-backs??? Terrible. I advised the employee at the register but she didn't/couldn't help me because she was ringing up customers. I had to lug two large bags of kibble up to the front register. *FYI, they have never let you take the carts out to the parking lot either. Really irritating experience tonight. I might be getting my dog food elsewhere if they don't get their act together. *By the way, all of these photos were taken at the same time. They show how many carts were not available to customers. I have a feeling the warehouse had more carts being used for something other than customer use. Really annoyed

Online it states the dog wash closes at 8:30pm. We used to come here fairly often until their cleanliness standards started going downhill. This was our last chance giving this place a shot and they lost our business indefinitely. The store is filthy, the manager is rude, and things seem in general disarray especially when compared to competitors. The merchandise is overpriced and the dog wash station is disgusting. I will continue going to Pet Food Express for the service and cleanliness. Pet Supplies Plus has notoriously let us down and wasted our time. In the end, I'm glad they weren't open because bathing your dog here is a health risk.

An Absolute Must-Visit for Sacramento Dog Owners!…read more If you want your furry best friend to live a long, healthy, and happy life, you need to head over to Ben's Barketplace in Midtown (1515 19th St #100). The managers, Decelle and Brie, are absolutely amazing. They don't just sell pet food; they truly educate you on the benefits of what you're feeding your pets. To give you an idea of how much they care: a few years ago, a friend's dog was suffering from severe knee issues. I connected her with Decelle, who recommended a specific holistic diet. Fast forward to today, and that dog is completely free of those knee problems! That kind of expertise is priceless. They walked me through some of the incredible raw and freeze-dried options they carry, and the nutritional benefits are mind-blowing: OC Raw Dog Food & Green Juju Lamb Recipe (Frozen Raw): These are packed with premium, unprocessed proteins, natural enzymes, and organic produce. They are incredible for improving digestion, supporting joint health, and boosting overall immune function. Vital Essentials Salmon Bites: Loaded with natural Omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for reducing inflammation, supporting joint mobility, and giving your pet healthy skin and a shiny coat. Snook's Sweet Potato Dog Chews: A fantastic, natural alternative to rawhide. They are low-fat, highly digestible, and packed with fiber and vitamins to support gut health. Northwest Naturals Beef Heart (Freeze-Dried): A nutrient-dense powerhouse. Beef heart is naturally rich in CoQ10, iron, and B vitamins--perfect for boosting cardiovascular health and energy levels. OC Raw Freeze-Dried Venison Pieces: A super lean, "novel" protein. This is an absolute lifesaver for dogs with common food allergies or sensitive stomachs who still need high-quality muscle support. Beyond the top-tier nutrition, the store is perfectly set up for pet parents. They have an awesome dog wash right on site, and--a huge rare bonus for Midtown--they have plenty of dedicated parking! Whether you're dealing with a specific health issue or just want to optimize your pet's diet, go see Decelle and Brie. Your dog will thank you!

The look i wanted (teddy bear cut): * Rounded, plush face. * Legs left fuller and cylindrical ("column legs"). * Body about 1/2 inch long but still fluffy. * Tail left very full and feathery but cleaned up * Overall soft, plush appearance. What Benny received: * Body is much shorter than a teddy bear cut. * Legs were clipped very close, making them look skinny instead of fluffy. * The face is nice, but it's more of a pet trim than a rounded teddy bear face. * The tail was trimmed down, with a blunt cut on the tip. Did not at all ask for that * His ears are adorable and they kept them fairly full. When I came to pick my pup up I was so disappointed I won't even lie. Harpo who is dis!? Now I was definitely concerned my dog would act a plum fool since he's a puppy and not used to grooming. So I will definitely give some grace for his behavior and anxiety. With that being said I still hate it lol maybe it will grow on me. The groomer said there was areas which the fur was a bit matted which I will give a bit of grace for but it was more on the under side where his belly is near the joints so why he was shaved so close is a bit ridiculous to be honest. The rationale for his face was a bit more understanding with him being too fussy to touch his face. Still I'm super bummed with his first grooming and I don't think I will get the same groomer if I do. In all honesty if you can't do the cat somewhat similar I would rather you 1. Just say that 2. Get another groomer to do it 3. Reach out to let me know the plan so I don't show up to this strange dog . I mean a heads up. Did I mention I hate it. lol there are also some space the cut just looks ragged. Idk I am not a fan. Sunshine's customer service was definitely top tier but I'm not a fan at the results like at all. Overall customer service of the entire staff from the the groomers to the cashiers 10/10 5 the cut expectation vs reality was definitely a 1Sunshine girly pop -_- from Benny and his mom
