They just introduced a "customer reward" program that requires the customer's name and phone number, and their b-3-g-4 requires this information now. It's a shame that while our privacy is getting harder to protect, here is another way it's being taken. It was difficult to decide on a rating, because their products and service are consistently so good. But, since this new policy prevents my ever going back, I guess a one star is warranted.

My main concern was our dogs not being comfortable with the rotation of different pet sitters, so I expressed that concern with Janet and figured out a plan to prepare our dogs. We ended up booking walks for our dogs to meet with the different sitters they may encounter during our vacation. Each walker/sitter we met was equally friendly and our three German shepherds had no issue with either one of them. We received reports after each visit, which we appreciated. What I do appreciate most about Lucky Buddy Petcare is that we're not dependent on one person's schedule while planning. The booking process is super easy through their website. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a pet sitting company!

I am grateful to have found Janet and her team to walk and stay overnight with my smart, loving and rambunctious Aussie, Jake. Jake loved his walks and especially enjoyed his time with Janet and Kathleen when they stayed with him when I went on my first trip in years because I would not board him. I told my friends I thought he was two-timing me because he was so happy and relaxed when I arrived home. I also had a dog walker come every day at Janet's suggestion while I was away and I truly appreciate the time and care these young women gave to Jake during that time and his regular walks. Sadly, Jake is no longer with me. He was only six years old but he had a medical condition that was lurking, unknown and undiagnosed until it suddenly appeared shattering my world. My first call was to my friend, a retired vet, who told me the likely diagnoses. My second call was to Janet who told me where the best ER animal hospital was located and provided additional emotional support. Janet continued to reach out and check to see if I was alright after I had to make a pet owner's most dreaded decision. She is not kidding in her business info when she says she will be there for you.

I had to lug two large bags of kibble up to the front register. *FYI, they have never let you take the carts out to the parking lot either. Really irritating experience tonight. I will continue going to Pet Food Express for the service and cleanliness. Pet Supplies Plus has notoriously let us down and wasted our time. My other dog, the one with an anxious and distrusting personality, quickly warmed to her when she talked baby talk to her. Joanna's love of animals is transparent, heartwarming and a great comfort to me when I'm far away way from my "babies". My dogs' predicable and (very) low stress life that I designed for them involves no trauma, no readjustment period, and no guessing now. When away I receive texts from time to time from Joanna just letting me know everything is okay...a little thing that means so much. All my dogs know is they're at home and this really nice young lady comes twice a day and takes them for a walk and rubs their bellies and feeds them and talks to them.
