We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!

I was reading a review from someone named Terri below about his dog being attacked. I've had one…read moredog going there for a while to daycare and recently brought my other dog there for daycare.. I popped in to see my dog as an unannounced visit and he was not with the other dogs in the play area, but he was locked in a crate. Then I brought my other dog there and he passed the temperament training test, and I boarded him there once, and he has not been the same since. It's almost like something happened to him, but he can't tell me what obviously because he's a dog.. if only dogs could talk right? In addition, I would try to reach the Naperville location by phone when I was away and no one ever answered. I wanted to check up on my pets so I would have to call the Downers Grove location to get anyone from Naperville to call me.. I just got bad vibes about the place and I will not be bringing my dogs back.
