    After Petsmart

I have taken Lucy to this location for 7 years. She hates it!! I have to drag her in and she won't look at me when I pick her up. I have always had an issue with their customer service but after covid it has become unacceptable!! They never take her on time. They don't answer the phone....I have stayed on hold more than 10 minutes and usually give up and just hang up. Today I found a new place. She is not even mad. BTW Petsmart Lucy won't be there Monday thanks for answering the phone so I could cancel. Two faces of Lucy. Her expressions say it all. First is after a Petsmart groom second is after Pawplex.

I took my goldendoodle there today for a bath and puppy cut. she is 7 months old and still very much a puppy. The person that treated us got down on her level and spoke to her which she git extremely excited. The groomer then told me I was luck she had cat and was used to getting scratched. she said they would not cut her hair since it was her first visit. understandabl. they called a few hours later that she was ready. I asked how she did and they gave a negative review that she didn't like the clippers in her face or butt, well duhh, would you??? then when I picked her up they let her off leash behind the gate to the lobby and it took 3 people to catch her to be able to get her harness on her to go home. it was a joke of an experience and my dog looks no different after her $105 bath... never going back!!!!!!

We had a grooming appointment for my dog this afternoon. I don't need to say too much guys, you can see how horrible the haircut they did it for my dog. I was really want to talk to the pet smart store manager in Buford Mall of Ga location before I paid. But it was almost 9:00pm and I'm not feel like to wait for the manager to show up. I'm definitely going to ask them credit it back to my account. Honestly, we went there in mall of GA location . Usually, the girls cut my dog hair was pretty cute and we always give them good tips but this time I don't have any words for what the guy ( groomer)did it for my dog! OMG, disappointed!!!!

My dog at 4 months groomed at PetSmart Buford the way they shaved his nose?

My poodle always comes out looking like an old man. The first time I came was when he was 4 months old and the second time at 1 year old. Never again. Compare his PetSmart grooming to another salon.

The worst, worst, ever customer service... I will never set foot in that store again... With customer service like that, they shouldn't last till the end of the year. Makenna, & Morgan, are the laziest, don't give a crap attitude.. My Pomeranians had appointment to be groomed, after check in, they kept saying we don't have a groomer, so we can't, cut, or trim their fur, I said fine I just want them bathe'd & brushe'd. Than they say my male Pomeranian is matted, so they can't brush him, so they can't groom him...I told them he is very fluffy, very fluffy and he is only 6 months old , so he has his puppy coat, but he absolutely has no mats...They just kept making excuses, and Jennifer the asst. mgr., offered absolutely nothing.. and they knew it was important, because we leave for vacation this week, so it was very important to have them groomed..Don't waste your time going there, absolutely zero, zero customer service..

Our pups have been to numerous daycare facilities throughout the southern and northern Pacific Western states. RR is definitely top notch by far. If we lived in this area it would be without question to enroll our pups (they're out of control yappers (our fault)). Daanaka was so personable and professional each day we picked them up. Other staff members were great as well. Highly recommend RR!

We heard about R&R and decided to give it a try for boarding. The company was flexible with drop-off times (due to a typical Duluth snowstorm), saving us a huge headache. At pick-up, Sarah, a trainer, was able to tell us how our two dogs did, and even what their personalities were like in the kennel. This is HUGE for us because we have tried so many kennels where the workers forget our dogs' names or have very minimal interactions with them. When we were leaving, our dog with separation anxiety (who normally runs right out of boarding facilities), rubbed up against Sarah to say "bye". This has NEVER happened and greatly goes to show Sarah's great relationship with the dogs here. THANK YOU Sarah and the rest of the R&R team!

And they refuse to take him any longer. No context, no explanation of what happened, obviously he felt threatened, which makes me wonder what kind of people they have work in there. He is a golden retriever for God sakes, and has never attempted to bite anyone or any other animal in his life, however, somehow, Petco managed to make him do it. So they claim.

Beta fish in cups dead and dying in gross water. Saltwater tanks were horrifying, the ones you could see in anyway. Freshwater tanks gross. Dead fish and snails everywhere. These assholes have a pleco in a 3 gallon tank. The poor turtle was swimming in filthy water with nothing but a rock, trying to get out. The birds are not taken care of. Dead snacks and lizards. The employees wandering around like they have nothing to do and they sure aren't checking out or helping customers. I will shop here again and I will report them to everyone I can think of. This store needs to be shut down immediately. They do not care about any of the animals or fish in their care. Words cannot describe how awful this store is.

Our poor kitty got injured very badly on a weekend...he would likely not have survived until our…read morenormal veterinarian was open on Monday. He was in great pain too. We callled the locally more famous pert emergency hospital in Duluth and were told on the phone that there was an 8 hour wait and to take him to Minneapolis. That simply was not a good option as he would clearly require surgery (if he could be saved), including a stay in the hospital and after care...but we love our boy and would have done it, My wife did a little more sleuthing on internet and found Waters Edge urgent care was open that morning so we ruched up there. I had no chance under those circumstances to research and read reviews, I'm glad I did not because the volume of similar petty reviews on this site would likely have scared us off. The vet tech met us at the door and he was wonderful. Very calm, very gentle with our poor scared and wounded kitty and in general a very kind man. Dr Pop, who it turns out is the spouse of this kind man was exactly the same on the kindness and compassion meter...there is no disputing that they both genuinely care about animals. Yes, the price was high...as it will be in any urgent or emergency care facility. That is just a simple truth throughout the healthcare industry. It was not excessive, I did not "shop around" but expect it may have been slightly less at out normal vet; whatever, that just was not an option under the circumstances and I've got no complaint about the charges that were associated with his emergency care. He did need surgery, he had to stay in their hospital for the rest of the weekend which also means Dr. Pop would be providing ongoing care the rest of the weekend, we've since been back for 3 followup visits related to his recovery and there has not been a single added charge, those who suggest excessive or extortionate tactics here are wrong and frankly missing the point. This is a small operation, with the good Dr and her kind husband often working 7 days a week and of course there are expenses to run their business that have to be borne by their customers. A high volume hospital has more customers over which to spread that expense, but was not an option for us given the timing. I gotta stress we have never experienced the genuine and ongoing attention and care that they had for my little guy had at a high volume veterinarian. Dr Pop and her husband are WONDERFUL. Urgent and emergent care will cost you, this is life everywhere. Accept that as a fact of life. the important part is that they were very competent, very kind, very compassionate and they did after all save our little guys life, what is that worth to us? Priceless.

She listened to the symptoms I described and we were handed a form Of the next actions, radiology and a blood draw for 1000 dollars. we of course declined and left and they charged us 65 dollars for a registration fee which we did pay. we Asked if there was a cheaper option, maybe just a check or a prescription and we were told they couldn't do anything unless we got the tests done And payed them $1000, they hadn't even checked his temp or weight. I am appalled at the service here and will never return, would not recommend to anyone.

I recently rescued a dog who has been severely abused and neglected. He is afraid of everything, and I was incredibly nervous about his first grooming experience. But Rascal's blew me away with their compassion and professionalism. The staff took their time with him, showing incredible patience and care. They even tag-teamed the process: one team member held him, comforted him, and spoke kindly while the other carefully trimmed his nails. What could have been a traumatic, one-time-only ordeal turned into a surprisingly positive experience--he actually enjoyed it! I never thought I'd see my dog this calm and happy during grooming. Unlike other groomers in the area, Rascal's truly has heart in what they do. They even have a window where pet parents can watch to see firsthand how ethical and kind they are. It's such a relief knowing my dog is in loving, gentle hands. If you love your dog, this is the place you want them to go. I am a huge fan and will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Rascal's, for being amazing! #Tehya and Miigwan's
