puppy after haircut
Mckenzie B.

My puppy went here for a first time haircut and it turned out exactly like I was hoping! The staff was extremely friendly and asked me a bunch of questions to ensure I got exactly the haircut I was hoping for. They even reduced the price of the original haircut I had signed up for as I just wanted a trim instead of a full shave. I will definitely be coming back here and loved how the haircut turned out

I've taken my Yorkie Stella here for grooming twice now with Ashley K. and she has done an AMAZING job both times. I've had a hard time finding a groomer that cuts her hair evenly. Ashley cuts it smoothly and she doesn't look choppy. She does the yorkie face well too. I asked her to go a little shorter this time around because Stella's hair grows so fast and she did an amazing job! Sometimes I let Stella's hair get a little out of control before taking her in for a groom again so here's a before and after of Stella

This PetSmart is by far the worst stocked store out of the others here in Dallas. This former Big Lots location is just not big enough to keep anything stocked up. Shelves are always bare. Whether they be dog pads, toys, food, anything really. Should just change their name to PetNone. Because they're really nothing to buy. Save yourselves & your fur babies disappointment and just go to the one on Greenville or heck if you don't want to travel far Gaston Ave. Last time I came here for dog pads, dog food & a toy. I walked out empty handed - there was none. LMAO! I ended up getting all these things & more at the Greenville location.

I adopted from Dallas Animal Services www.bedallas90.org and received a coupon book for Pets Mart and a free bag of food. Some of the items are not placed in the correct spot, I accidentally bought a $14 bone that my pit bull destroyed in about 10 minutes

If you want to have a broken leg, GO PETSMART!

I read Breyers' testimonials on Yelp and on Google, and I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true..." After working with Breyers, Bubba is calm on walks, walks directly next to me with no redirection, and has become a perfect gentleman at the vet! To say I was shocked with the results is an understatement. Breyers truly puts in the work, and helps you better understand your dog and their capabilities. He gave me the confidence to trust in Bubba again, and gave Bubba the skills to be the best dog he can be. I cannot rave about the results I've seen in him enough! The best part is, the longer we train and the more we work together on his skills, the better he gets! He was off leash in my front yard not too long ago, and came to me to get put on a leash with ease. If I could leave you with one bit of advice, it would be this: trust the process. Breyers is a professional with a successful training model, and it truly works if you have faith and are willing to put in the work. Bubba loves Breyers! Thank you for an excellent service, and for giving my dog back to me! You can teach an old dog new tricks!!

I've been raw feeding my dogs for a while now and for one reason or another they need a change in their food. I typically buy from local small operations that serve the area or surrounding DFW area but when I ran out of options I decided to try this establishment to look for different brands of raw food. I have no experience with name brand options so I was coming in totally ignorant of what these companies offer or how the differ in quality/substance. I regret that I didn't get their names but there was a man and women working yesterday afternoon and they were both Stellar! It's a small store but has enough products to get overwhelmed easily. The gentleman took me through eat raw food brand and option and gave me a run-down of each one and gave me some recommendations as well. They both offered suggestions and made the purchasing process very easy! Even gave me a couple samples as well. I walked out completely impressed and will absolutely be going back. Thank you so much!

The store also carries varieties of treats and chews. Read the ingredients on the packaged food/treats and you'll be impressed. If you've never fed your dog a raw diet but would like to try, just ask the person working at the store. They'll educate you on the benefits of a raw diet and the different brands to choose from. I currently feed my dog a mixture of raw and dry food (primarily because the raw food isn't exactly cheap), and she absolutely loves it. Her poop is smaller and prettier too. :)

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

The place was cute, small and felt clean. I only saw 1 woman working at the front desk and the groomer in the back. I called to see if my dog was ready to get picked up. The woman said yes. She said she was about to call me. I went in to get my dog right away. When I got there, the hair was shorter than expected, but I didn't mind it. I noticed my dog was struggling to open her left eye (see photo, wish I could post the video). I asked for a wet wipe, and when I wiped I noticed small hairs all around her face. I had to get back to work so I started driving. When we were in the car, she was visibly uncomfortable. Both of her eyes were bloodshot red. Her left eye barely opened. I called Kimberly's K9 and asked if something happened. The woman said she didn't know because my dog was done with her groom an hour before I picked her up and hanging out in one of the hallways. She said maybe it's hair, which maybe it was, but then she said maybe my dog scratched her ear and accidentally scratched her eye. Told me I could consult a vet. I've had my dog for 7 years and she's never once scratched her eye, so I don't believe that. There is a possibility that it was hair in her eye because I brushed off so much excess hair, but I've been to previous groomers in other states that I've lived in and this had never been an issue before. Her eyes were irritated, swollen, red and sealed shut for several hours. Perhaps this is just one bad experience, but my dog means too much to me to take that risk again.
